Talisman Hair Studio

Had an appointment with Brooke, hair turned out fairly well. Wanted it half bleached, and half colored. Took a while but Brooke made it a very comfortable experience. Took care of my hair much better then a previous location I had my hair done at.

Today I went to talisman hair studio, and I cannot stress how big of a disappointment it was! I went in, and they booked me with one of their newer stylists. She failed to give me the haircut that I asked for ending up with my hair being choppy and all different lengths. I noticed just how bad it was once I got home, so I went back in to get my hair fixed. The owner Kari fixed it to where it was better than before, but she still did not give me the haircut I asked for. I brought pictures for both stylists of exactly what I wanted and I now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. It is very disappointing when I already spent over two hours at this salon. What a waste of time. It was very frustrating after all that I had went through with the first stylist. They were not apologetic and did not care for me to get the style that I had asked for. I do not feel that Kari cares about her customers. In the end, I didn’t pay for the haircut, but their attitude and terrible customer service decidedly ruined my day. originally came to the salon because of the amazing reviews, but after today I will never step foot in this salon again.

I can’t say enough good things about Jamie. Her attention to detail, creativity, and precision are unmatched. She truly understands hair and takes the time to ensure every cut, color, and style is flawless. My hair has never looked or felt better! If you’re searching for a stylist who’s not only skilled but also passionate about their craft, look no further. Highly recommend!

The owner Kari did my hair. She was so professional and friendly! She expertly added dimension and depth to my hair. It turned out so beautifully. I will forever recommend this place to anyone who needs color services. Maddie took beautiful before and after photos of my hair! I’m so grateful!

I have been here twice now. I have wavy/curly hair that always ends up looking awful when I get it cut but Allie is amazing with my hair. She knows how to cut and style and it looks so good when it’s done.

If you have really thick curly hair I wouldn't recommend going here. Nice environment but I asked for a nice brown color with silk press then got poofy straight hair that looks like it was just blow dried and a color I didnt want instead. I even showed a refrence picture of what i wanted and didnt get anything close to that. The workers were super nice but I'm definitely not coming back here. I was extremely disappointed especially for the price I'm paying. I think they are most used to working with fine wavy-straight hair and that's why my hair turned out that way
