Mirror Image Hair Salon

I was recommended this salon by a friend who also had wonderful experiences. My stylist Brenda was amazing! She listened to what I wanted without pushing for more and I walked away with incredible curtain bangs and loyalty to this amazing salon!

My 10 year old daughter left the salon in tears. I spoke to Celina a couple of times before setting up the appointment. I told her my daughter had textured hair and that we were looking for wash, cut, and two French braids. She assured me she could do my daughter’s hair. I should have known she was not capable when she asked me to show her pictures of French braids, as she didn’t know what they were. Also, she didn’t have any of the products needed to properly handle black, textured hair. When I complained to one of her co-workers (since they are all independent and there is no manager), she told several lies, but the one that made me the angriest was when she said that I never told her that my daughter was black and had textured hair. I reminded her that I told her several times on the phone calls that we had. It was the first question I asked when I was calling salons trying to get an appointment for my daughter’s special day. She then suggested I drop off my daughter later in the day or the following day so she could work on her hair longer. She’s a ten year old girl and we had not previously met Celina or anyone in the salon. To even suggest that I leave my 10 year old daughter, who is already in tears, with what amounts to strangers is ludicrous. My daughter walked out of the salon with her hair in poofs and tears running down her face. We were lucky to find someone who honestly had the experience with her hair type and knew how to make a French braid so my daughter could feel beautiful and special on her special day, no thanks to Celina.

I had the best experience with Celina at Mirror Image. I was able to get a same day appt. I went in with great expectations for coloring and cutting my hair and it turned out beautifully. Celina took her time and didn't rush through any step of the processing. I cannot wait to go back there again. If I could give her more stars, I most certainly would. Thanks, Celina, for taking my blah hair and turning it into a masterpiece!!! You have a new customer in me. I will be telling everyone I know about you and Mirror Image!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Mirror Image Salon for a haircut recently, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Christine’s professionalism and warmth made me feel instantly comfortable. She did an amazing job, she really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Super cute place! It's a house turned into a business. Several stylists to choose from. Bring cash, not many take card payments. Very clean, I love the decor and I'm happy with my cut ✂️ 😊

I am a new client to Mirror Image. However, it feels like I've been going there for years. I first went in for a haircut/style. My 2nd appt. Was a color with low lights and highlights. She (Jennie) truly listened. I showed her a picture of the cut and the color I was trying to achieve, perfect 👌 The next best thing is the ambiance in this salon. The clientele runs from young to 98 years old. The woman in the next chair to me having her hair done was 98 fricken years old. I listened to her in amazement. I love ❤️ this place. What more can you ask for in a salon. Everyone seems to enjoy working here, and their clients seem to enjoy being there. The owner, whose name I forgot is someone I think I could sit down with and have a couple of glasses 🥂 with. She's funny, cheerful, hard working 💪 and is a smart, savvy businesswoman!

Took my wife here and it was a big wow. Amazing stylists. Very polite, professional and up to the expectations. Definitely a to go for all the women in the area.
