I have been going to Sue (owner) since I moved to the Central Valley 2.5 years ago! She is the sweetest and always makes sure your hair is perfect, if you do not like something she will fix it! Very is to work with, reasonably priced, and she is great with blondes! <3

Honestly the worst hair service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wanted to get my hair done for a special occasion and after looking at the great reviews I decided to book. I was shocked to see the reviews DONT match up with the service. Upon entering I was told by my stylist (who I know found out happens to be the owner) informed me that she didn’t even have color for me and to come back tomorrow. First of all, if you’re a hair stylist how do you not have any color and mind you isn’t that something you’d let me know prior to me driving all the way to your salon?? I politely told her that I have an important event and that I need my hair done today. However if I had known what a mess this entire experience was going to be I wish I walked out of there. Anyways she rummaged through a plastic bag and said she found some color similar to the look I wanted. She then told me to sit on the chair and seemed as if it was almost a burden to continue the services. She sat me down and started throwing bleach on my hair while completely ignoring me. Through the entire time she barely had a conversation with me and she kept talking to others. Even if I had attempted any form of conversation I was left hanging. When she came to wash the bleach off I almost cried because of how rough she was with my hair. I’m typically not tender headed but HOLY MOLY she was yanking my hair as if she was annoyed that she had to do her job. The final hair color was no where NEAR what I had asked for. I basically had orange stripes all over my head, as if it was done by a child. I felt so angry almost wanted to cry. I had a haircut included in my services and she took no more than 15 seconds MAX to do a full head. She took a couple strands and just cut them, I was so shocked when she was finished because she barely cut anything. Then for the finale she left my hair soaking wet and basically told me she’s leaving it in my natural curls. WHAT CURLS?? My hair is soaking wet, no blow dry, no brush nothing? In the 10 years I’ve had my hair done I can confidently say Sue is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. She’s extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly hair might not be her passion anymore. I understand having a bad day but please don’t take it out on people who are literally paying for a service. She then tried to upcharge me by saying my hair is dark, had some previous color and is thick. To which I respond I sent you multiple pictures prior to the service along with a 10 year in depth history of my hair, it’s your job as a stylist to have an open communication with me prior to the service. I had to immediately go to a different salon to see if they can fix it and they were able to somewhat salvage a little bit. Please avoid this hair salon and avoid Sue. I wish I can get my $200 back but it’s a lost cause.

I have my blonde hair done by the owner, Sue. She is great! She's very talkative and very laid back, the kinda person where you leave and think, "Why is she not a friend of mine?! We'd make great friends!" Not only that, but she makes sure I like my hair and really pushes me to say something if I don't like it (in other words, I'd feel comfortable admitting something I didn't like, though it hasn't happened!) So if you're looking for a hair lady, go see Sue. Don't judge her by her name, she's hardly a "Sue." Lol

Love this place ! Sue is amazing ! She is kind and does amazing hair ! I am always left feeling beautiful and I get so many compliments on my hair ! I recommend her to anyone looking for someone in Manteca area to do great hair !

Sue is amazing she transforms my hair into colors I never imagined on me. It's the cutest, funnest, inspiring salon I have been to in a l9ng time. Genuine kindness and care.

Do NOT go here! Stylist did not listen at all to what I wanted, kept complaining that her feet hurt. She used a comb to rip through my hair. Did not confirm before she slapped color on and bleached my hair. She then cut 10 inches off my hair without confirming and WITHOUT my consent. I cried for two hours afterward.
