Wow! What an incredible experience. Joy is such a wonderful soul and so so soothing. I was able to get the head spa which was 90 minutes of pure bliss. Absolutely will recommend! Do it! You’re worth it, boo!

Natalya E has done my facials a couple of times now and she does an amazing job. My skin is more smooth and clear. She makes me feel comfortable and feel better in my own skin.

Natalya has absolutely saved my skin for my wedding. I’ve struggled for so many years trying to figure out my skin. She’s helped me with my own routine and has created custom facials that fit my needs each time. I have not had this clear or glowy of skin in years. She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere of her room is so calming. I am the most relaxed in her room. Not only is she amazing at facials but I also routinely get eyelash lifts and tints as well as brow shaping, and lamination. If you are looking for someone to go to for any of your self care needs go straight to Natalya. You will not regret it!

I booked a facial for my birthday with Joy. I had never been to the salon but I liked Joy’s bio. When I met Joy I knew she had the right vibe. She was kind and thoughtful from the moment I met her. I hadn’t booked a specific service, but she chose one just for me and it was perfect. Every moment I felt Joy’s calming, healing energy as she took such good care of my body and spirit. I came out feeling like a new woman with SUCH soft, glowing skin! I’ve already booked another appointment. You should too, you’ll love Joy’s holistic approach to beauty and overall wellness.

I get my brows done at this location, the space is beautiful inside and everyone is so kind. The prices are awesome and Natalya made my brows look so perfect !!! Can’t wait to keep coming back here 😍

My experience with Katie at Salon K was nothing less than a nightmare. I was charged over $1,500 for hair extensions that did not blend with my hair color or cut. After spending 10 hours in a salon chair (on day 1)I was positive they would look Great, I was very wrong. I expressed my concerns to Katie and she blamed it on my "blunt hair cut" but she did offer to fix her mistake. So I came in the next day, sat in the salon chair for almost 10 more hours while she attempted to make the extentions blend, in the end it just look worse after she cut my real hair shorter in an attempt to make it blend with the very blonde k tips she was adding (completely different color than my own hair) . I spent an entire weekend sitting in a salon chair to get hair that I immeditely regretted and wanted taken out.I had to save up for several months to treadt myself to this service. This was one of this biggest wastes of money and hardest lesson learned in my life. I was not offered any kind of refund or compensation, not even an apology. Instead, she blamed it on my haircut. In the end I just wanted them taken out, they did not feel like human hair and they looked hilarious, people could see the hair extensions tied at my scalp from the side and back of my head in any hair style I would wear, there was no hiding it. My hair was unpresentable for any setting. I had texted Katie my concerns and if we could please just take the extentions out because I felt so un comfortable with the bleach blonde mullet I was sporting.She again made me feel it was my haircuts fault ans tried to assure me she could fix it, free of charge lol. I kindly requested rhwy be removed as soon as possible because I felt so uncomfortable with the hair. When I was able to come in several weeks later to have them removed, Katie took then out then put them in a plastic bag and handed them to me, stating harshly "I would blow dry them or they will mold in this bag" as she hinted for me to leave. I felt completely out of place and not only that, I was made to feel bad and guilty for wanting them taken off my head. Lets just say I left that salon in tears and regrets. I am not usually one to complain, In fact it took my over a month to work up the courage to write this review. I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake that I did. I was completely scammed by this woman’s hair extension service. For $1,500 my hair should look professional, not like Joe dirt. The photos below are the same weekend that I had the extensions placed.
