For years, the owner of this business — who drives the truck shown in the photo — has consistently parked in a way that cuts the parking lot in half. I’ve left polite notes asking her not to block access near the railroad tracks, as it prevents large trucks and trailers from exiting easily. She doesn’t just block trucks — she traps her own clients, too. In the photo, you can see a minivan stuck in one of the two available parking spots. I watched the driver struggle to get out, eventually making a 12-point turn just to exit through the back by Edeline Dairy. I’m not the only one who’s noticed this. Two other local Lynden residents have mentioned the same issue to me. One of them actually went inside and asked her to move her vehicle after she trapped him in — and the arrogant way she spoke to him said everything I needed to know about this place. Just now, I watched a large truck do a 25-point turn to back out of the lot — all because he couldn’t exit through the space she had blocked. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of consideration for customers and neighboring businesses. I will never go here, and I would never recommend this business to anyone.
