Revision next day (2025-08-30): My wife returned and had her concerns addressed by a different employee. Olivia was amazing and ended up resolving all of her issues. + 3 stars. I highly recommend specifically requesting Olivia for anything color related. Orignal post (2025-08-29): 1. Foils kept falling off my wife's head. Foils removed inconsistently resulting in a patchy end result. 2. Employee insisted on toning cool instead of warm thus ignoring main requested service. 3. Curled my wife's hair when she specifically and repeatedly to be straightened. 4. Bleached my wife's shirt and pants beyond repair. 5. Ripped hair out of her head on multiple occasions 3 hours and $200 for poor service.

Me & my 2 daughters came in for haircuts , I called before hand to express concern because my daughter have very thick curly hair. They both were suppose to be cut be the same stylist, 1 daughter did get cut by the scheduled stylist and her hair cut looks great, but it took longer than they stylist estimated and moved my other daughter with someone else who cut her hair dry and absolutely butchered it!!! And mine is so uneven I’m embarrassed to wear it down and I have straight thin fine hair, and asked for a basic cut with a part down the middle .

I’ve been coming here for my haircuts for a few years and really enjoy the experience—it’s a step up from Great Clips but still affordable. However, I’m frustrated with the scheduling. Both I and my guest have had to wait several times despite having appointments. The first time was during graduation weekend, which I understand is busy, so I scheduled in advance. The receptionist told me my stylist would be with me soon, but I ended up waiting 30-45 minutes. My husband has had similar experiences, often waiting around the same amount of time, even with a scheduled appointment. While I don’t appreciate the wait, Presley is by far my favorite stylist at this location. She’s very gentle and always makes me look and feel great. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

Great experience. Amanda Harbin is excellent. Took her time, very personable and talented. Will absolutely go back to her and recommend her. The receptionist there is wonderful too. Goes above and beyond. An example of great customer service.

My mom went to get her hair cut here. She showed the woman who was younger, 3 photos of similar styles she was choosing between, telling the hairdresser to choose which would be best. They struggled over color matching my natural hair color as it is a light mousy brown with natural grey, one other person she had to ask said my hair was blonde when it’s not! After paying 142.00$ I came out with my hair brown.. color ok but the cut and style no where even close to what I wanted. She put so much product in my hair trying to fix her screw up that I had to come home directly after and rewash and style my hair. HIGHLY do not recommend and won’t be coming back.

The worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I showed Lindsay a picture of what I wanted and she cut my hair 5 inches shorter than the picture and didn’t even come close to shaping it like the picture. My hair should be about shoulder length and it’s basically at my jaw line like a bob. Maybe if she stopped talking so much and paid attention she would have cut my hair correctly. I wouldn’t recommend Lindsay mays to cut a rats hair. Am I supposed to guess where to contact this owner?

My best friend and I both go here to a girl named Raven that has done our hair and our eyebrows and she is amazing! I’m more conservative with natural color and basically just get my eyebrows cleaned up a bit. However my best friend loves to play with bright colors and whatever the case maybe Raven always does a wonderful job. Prices always seem to be very reasonable as well. Haven’t had a bad experience with her but I can’t speak on the other stylist there.
