Stylist Paige IS fantastic. Professional, 100% knows what she is doing, and great conversationalist. I WILL be back, just because of her. Root color, deep condition, hair cut. The receptionist needs work. I stopped in the day before my appointment. First, there were 3 receptionists sitting there, and not one greeted me. 2nd, they looked annoyed that I even approached them. I know day before is short notice, but on the off chance that there was time to add a service (consumer willing to pay more money), I thought I would ask. I was met with, "No, your stylist is completely booked". Not, "Hey she's booked but lets see if we can look at another time for you". She didn't open the computer, ask my name, look at scheduling or offer any other time. Again, more service more money for salon and stylist. Extremely off putting, so much so, I felt like I just got scorned, and I had to so the walk of shame out the door. Its weird how I'm the customer/consumer, and I felt quilty for asking. Lucky, Paige is the redeeming quality here.

I have been going to this spa for over 15 plus years and unfortunately today was my last day. Today was the final straw. I was treated with disrespect, rudeness & in an unprofessional manner by the receptionist and it wasn’t the first time…but the last time. I use to see Misti and she was always fabulous, but ended up moving on to med spa services. Since then, Ive seen a few others off and on, but have never been thrilled with the price/experience. It seems as though there has been less & less good hair talent there. To those that I went to over the years and had a great experience with, I thank you. I usually would spend between $300-500 per visit & being a business owner myself, I think some people forget sometimes how important customer service is. You can’t treat people with disrespect when arriving or leaving, especially in a service industry & expect them to want to come back. Sadly, since new management took over a few years ago, everything has gone way down hill…especially their customer service and how they treat people at the receptionist desk. It’s unfortunate that the service providers will suffer from this.

Coming to Ten feels like a high-end experience. The space is lavishly designed with beautiful finishing touches, like a waterfall fountain, art and sculptures to create a relaxing environment. It's never overly crowded or loud and they provide hot towels for your neck, a head massage and hair treatments that make you feel pampered. Lindsay is a genius with color which is no big surprise since she spent most of her career in NYC at the Bumble Institute. I found her because a stylist at another salon had turned my hair lavender and I seriously needed a color correction. She understood where the other stylist had gone wrong and knew exactly how to fix it. Most of the salons in northern Colorado are ridiculously overpriced for the training and experience you receive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough amazing things about Leslie at Ten Salon. She treats me with so much care every single visit, and I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. What really meant the world to me, though, was how wonderfully she treated my son—patient, kind, and made him feel just as special as I do in her chair. Her talent is incredible, but her genuine personality and the way she connects with her clients is what truly sets her apart. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and makes the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming, she’s the one! Highly recommend!

Girlfriend went there to get her hair cut and colored. She showed them a picture of what she wanted the color to be, brown with some blonde highlights at the tips. So it was very clear what she wanted. What she got after 5 hours in the chair is really, really bad. The top 5 inches from her scalp is all this weird bleachy gray streaky color, then it very abuptely goes to brown with random patches of blonde (not blended at all) and strangely, red/pink streaks. Granted I have no idea how hair styling works or how difficult it is, but its so incredibly far off from what she asked for that im still scratching my heading asking how. She actually did a lot of research trying to find a stylist because the last few times have been horrible for her as well. She picked this place because its a "med spa" that was supposed to have the highest levels of professionals. She also asked for a certain stylist that she thought would be good, but she is pretty certain they gave her someone else. Then, after a butt numbing 5 hours in the chair and her at the brink of tears after seeing the outcome, the stylist had the audacity to try and charge her for it, even though SHE KNEW she had completely jacked up her hair. Anyways, she's pretty sad about it and actually embarrassed to go anywhere. She was going to get a facial procedure done there today as well, but the hair took so long they didnt have time. Told her this may have been a blessing in disguise, if they can screw up so badly on hair, imagine what they could have done to her face.

I went in to get a haircut and Payton was my stylist. She did an amazing job and I am super happy with how it came out! She was incredibly friendly and made sure to ask exactly what I wanted so that we were on the same page! I will definitely be coming back to her in the future!!

Christianna has done my hair three or four times now, and she absolutely kills it every time. I have super thick, coarse hair, and because of that, going to the salon had become such a nightmare that I eventually stopped going regularly. It felt about as stress-free as going to a dentist appointment 😅 I got used to spending six to seven hours in a chair while stylists became overwhelmed. From the very beginning, Christianna assured me that my hair was no big deal and that she could handle it— and she has never missed! She gets me in and out efficiently no matter the service. Not only do I *never* leave with wet hair (that’s happened more times than I can count), but she always takes the extra time to style it perfectly. Her cuts are incredibly flattering, and I can finally have long hair again. Thank you, Christianna!
