Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

When it was time to refresh my perm, and my availability no longer lined up with my previous stylist (Breanne), I decided to book with the "any stylist" option online. When I got to my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by my stylist Jamie. She is very experienced and also kind. I am thrilled with my results and will be requesting her when I have to come back next time! She knocked my perm out of the park 💫

I came in with a shit ton of split ends, just came off of work, badly needed a haircut. Stylist was Tami Love I said I didnt care how short it needed to be, just wanted the split ends off and to even it out. explained i cut the bangs myself so they weren't even (they didnt start and end the same place, one lined up further in on my eyebrow) and explained i cut side pieces to frame my face, and why she didnt dry my hair and the way it sat laid down made this incredibly easy to miss miss... one side piece is chopped up and layered which i didnt want, but its worse that the other side was completely untouched. if both sides were even i wouldn't be as upset. she also did not do anything with the fact my bangs weren't centered and I just had to cut all of it into bangs and even it out myself because I have work tomorrow.. she told me my hair was dry, didnt apply any product, and gave me thermal protection treatment that is supposed to be rinsed out and said to apply it to my ends every 3rd day? Nice lady but.. yikes.. I tipped $3.50 and I'm regretting it. I wouldve rather gone shorter if it meant this wouldnt have happened

Very disappointed with my experience at Fantastic Sams in Loveland. I came in for a simple service and I left with no service and the staff was very unprofessional even though what I asked for was reasonable and what I usually have done. Instead of being helpful or even kind, the staff made me feel talked down to. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

Amy is a great stylist for my family. Haircuts are always nice. She is always welcoming and friendly. Other staff great as well. We like scheduling with FS when we can.

"Fantastic" is an understatement. The vibes and energy were so welcoming, the cut was perfect, and the advice on hair care was so helpful. Lorelai* was so amazing, we wanted to talk to her forever and she was so patient with our indecisive selves. 100% found our new hair stylist.

A friend referred me here. I happened to get done early from a work event and thought I would stop by to see if an appointment needed for a haircut. Ivory had an open spot and took me in right away. As she was cutting my hair I mentioned a root touch up. She was on it! Just want to say… Thank you Ivory for being prompt and precise! You were amazing!!! Was quick with hair cut and a root touch up. I love it! Looks great!! See you again 🙂

Ivory was wonderful. She fixed my awful previous haircut from another hair salon, and masterfully made the best of a bad situation. Kudos Ivory👏🏼👏🏼thank you again! It’s nice having confidence again in my personal appearance. I appreciate you. Please take care until the next time!
