I went to get a haircut from Go-Eun, and she did not listen to any of my requests. I wanted her to lightly trim the rear and tidy up the front, but she brushed away my comments rudely, although I brought it up two times in a row. She had a bad attitude towards me. She ended up shaving half my rear hair and halved the length of the front, which is not what I specifically requested.

Love this place. Customer service is excellent. I got haircut and skin treatments. I will be coming back. My daughter got her first professional haircut, and she loved it.
