Anya completely blew me away with her professionalism, friendliness, and master of her craft! I came for a walk-in for a men's cut, specifically a feathered-shag "wolf cut", and Anya immediately greeted me as I walked in and invited me to a chair. I showed her my references and she understood my vision right away. I'm normally very weary of stylists I've never had before, but after learning that she's been cutting hair for more than half her life of all types, I felt comfortable placing my blind trust in a new hairstylist. My girlfriend and I watched totally in awe as she masterfully brought back my layers and my texture. She even advised me on what about my hair I should stop cutting myself and why, which I greatly appreciated! After my cut, she provided me with the exact procedure for repeating the styling process at home, gave me a list of the correct brush and products to use, and even let me hold the hairdryer and brush to begin to understand the motor skills of styling my hair myself like a true professional. I could not have asked for a better walk-in experience and I will definitely be going back just for Anya!

I had an awesome experience with Jennifer Ho. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, discussed the model photos I showed her, and proceeded to give me an amazing haircut. All my natural texture came out of hiding, she got the length and layers and waviness exactly right, AND she even gave me super helpful styling tips, which was a major bonus. Loved having Jennifer cut my hair and loved Hairroin Salon overall!

Jennifer Ho is the HO-DINI of hairroin! I LOVE HER! I spent YEARS in LA trying to find someone who could cut my hair the way my old stylist (who moved to NY) could and I'VE FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE!! (CUE MUSIC) AND HER NAME IS JENNIFER HO! What a relief and worth the wait! Hairroin and Jennifer have me for LIFE!

FRANCESCA! She is a great communicator, (keeps u informed every step of the way) & a great listener who truly tries to figure out what you want. I felt so safe & comfortable in her hands. She also knows getting your hair done in LA can be pricey for some of us, so she makes sure it’s a good investment by being considerate and striving to do her best. On top of excellent results, she is also an excellent human. Her kindness, consideration and talent are one of a kind. She’s a true gem.
