I just moved to the area and was hoping to find a beautician near me. A quick Google search brought me here and I was able to get ahold of Toshia on Facebook. She was very nice, listened, and got me in at my earliest convenience. The salon felt like home and you could tell folks loved their stylists and were probably regulars, which is always a good sign. I am simple and like to give my stylist creative reign and she did not disappoint. My twists are perfect, smell yummy lol, and I cannot wait to see how great my twistout looks in a few days. Definitely will be back!

I wasn’t t going to leave a review but I was VERY DISPLEASED with the customer service. I booked online for an appointment that was at 4. My daughter got a retwist and the time slot we set was from 4 to 530 while I understand sometimes the stylist timing can be thrown off but the Loctician was just starting on a client (not my child) at 4. My child didn’t get in the chair until 6pm. I have a huge problem with that, We are paying for a service and if you thought you wouldn’t finish in the allotted time it was YOUR job to tell me that. Instead all I got was attitude 😡. Not to mention the unprofessional behavior in the shop. Talking about me while my daughter was still in the chair was so unprofessional. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN.

I have had my locs for about 9 months, and my hair is so soft that I have had a hard time keeping it twisted. Made an appointment and Ms. Dee came to my rescue!! She was extremely nice and very professional, and hooked. me. up! I will most definitely be back. Highly recommend for anything that you are looking to do with your hair. Very knowledgeable staff.

I'm not even interested in coming here to get my hair done. I haven't even been here the first time and they don't even respond. But that's totally fine by me. It's sad how people are now these days. Don't no body return your calls at all no more. All I was trying to do was get schedule and they want money just to book an appointment to lock in a day and date Ridiculous. These people don't care about their customers just the money that's all they are after here is money smh. But you all don't have to ever worry about me calling here ever again in life. I don't understand this at all. But all I'm go say about the whole situation if you want customers to come not answering your phone or returning the customers phone calls isnt going to want to make customers come here to get their done. that's very unprofessional on you all part im sure you get what im saying. But again you can remove this bad review or can leave it up or say something back silly but I honestly don't care at this point. I get so tired of people not returning my calls back its so ridiculous. If you don't wanna take new customers then that's all you gotta say and I will move on. But I'm still moving on any how so it really don't matter no more. People love giving me and others the run around. I don't have time for that. So I moved on good Riddance. It's frustrating how people act now days. I don't care but not returning customers phone calls is sad and very unprofessional. But it is what it is at this point. What ever I left so many bad reviews for different places and business for this whole entire year just about smh. I never had to leave so many bad reviews in my life. So say what ever about this review but I'm not the person you should be upset with cause I was going to bring this place business but again what ever.

Tosha has been my beautician for over 2 years now. She always find time to fit me in whenever I reach out to her and I have never been disappointed with her work!!
