Final Touch Salon

A few months ago I went with my 86 year old mother to make her appointment for a haircut with Elie. While he had a customer in a chair. In front of her sternly stated to my mom, "No cancellations. That was the other day". Very rudely with a reprimanding tone as though bothered because she "stopped" by to check and schedule. I let it go thinking he was having a bad day. Elderly Hispanic women tend to say nothing when something goes wrong. Today, I noticed her hair getting longer. Unusual this long. Was concerned. I asked her if she was going to get her hair cut? Her response, "Please take me to your hair stylist". After several times of asking her if Elie had treated her wrong. She said, "Yes. After he cut my hair he sternly told me, here's your appointment and next time when you need an appointment call from home". He is EXTREMELY disrespectful, condescending, and not worth a penny as a human being. He doesn't have customer service skills and need not be in the field doing so. If it were a man, he wouldn't have treated him that way. I'm sure. I'm concerned how many elderly Elie has treated this way and have kept quiet. Because I see he is accustomed to embarrassing them in front of other's as well. Once, maybe a bad day, but twice HE IS A DIGRACE AND SHAMEFUL. I hope he doesn't treat his mother this way. He needs to think twice aobout how he treats others. He will so ever be a customer elsewhere. Remember that. Putting this on notice because NO ONE should be treated this way. Especially, the elderly. Hoping this isn't indicative or a representation of this business that allow such horrible behavior from Elie. He's extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

Linda was amazing! My hair had so many split ends and it is very fine and thin and it was becoming very difficult to make it look presentable. Linda gave me a great cut that makes it easy to style my hair! I will use Final Touch from now on!

I love this salon! Today was my second visit. Linda, my stylist, really listens to what you want, and does an amazing job. I recommend this place to anyone, and it is my salon for life!! My hubby, my mom, and my daughter and her family all come here, too.

The customer service is great! I have been a regular for about 4 years, and I always get the best attention, and service. They are really professionals. I love how my hair looks and feel every single time! I would recommend it!

Linda is extremely talented & always does an excellent job with my challenging head of hair. She runs a great salon!

Tracy is the best! Always bubbly and in a good mood. She does a great job and is reasonable.

Love this place. Tracy an amazing stylist and everyone there is always friendly. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else or anywhere else.
