Supercuts

I've tried avoiding this review but it keeps popping up wanting one. Last year almost to the date I scheduled a hair cut for to my regular lady having to cancel for an emergency. The lady I was placed with had beautiful long brown hair. So I thought ok she might be good. Let me stress All I asked for was to trim a little off the ends and the front trimmed a little. My hair length was mid back and bangs were below my chin. She didn't touch the length she just started texturing and cut my bangs above my eyebrows. I have never in my life been this upset over a haircut. It looked like a shaggy rattail with a mullet. Add for pictures nope. I had to wear it up and tried to do something when the bangs for a few weeks and get back to my regular lady then she had to cut it above the shoulders to try to even it out.

Friendly hairstylists, I enjoyed our conversation! I had a shampoo, cut, blowdry, walked out feeling and looking like a million bucks! Very professional and skilled hairstylists, clean space, no chemical smell, short wait time. They offer a lot of other services, too! ( listed on website).

this place was amazing! it was pretty busy for noon on a random wednesday, & there was a few other people in front of me in line, but there wasnt a long wait at all! i was very impressed with how quickly they kept the line moving, especially since there was only two people working! i also havent gotten a haircut in a long time i also ended up getting layers & face framing pieces, and i was very very nervous about it, i am very protective of my curly hair! but Alex did an amazingggg job with my hair, i'm in love with the way it turned out! 5 stars, absolutely recommend this supercuts! they did a great job the entire time i was there! very impressed

I’m so disappointed with the service I received. I came in full length hair past my shoulder all my hair and even size a perfect canvas that took 5 years to grow!! I when to the one in Benton 5 years ago so figured this place was just as good. Apparently not! I asked for curtain bangs and face framing layers. She literally gave me a mullet. It looks so bad my bangs are uneven one side is long the other side is short she just kept cutting away and talking and I had to stop her cause I noticed she cut too much of my bangs she even admitted it was the way she held my hair when she cut. I should have known when she didn’t even try to wet my hair enough with the spray bottle. I’m so sad my hair is ruined. I can’t do anything with this hair it’s so uneven it’s ridiculous. WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE!!!

I am not one that would normally go to supercuts, but a friend of mine.That's a cosmetologist that cut my hair for an extended period of time.That no longer does it recommended? I go see trish at this location. So that's what I did.Trish has been cutting my hair for several several months now.I go every 3 weeks. She does a great job. She makes sure that i'm looking good.Takes care of my eyebrows without me asking. I always tipper really well because I do appreciate her.Doing a good job and their haircuts are not very expensive.So I want to make sure she's taken care of because I do appreciate her taking her time and not just pushing me through. They do have an app that you can use to check in.But I don't use it, i'm sure it would work.Well, I just generally call ahead.And find out if she's working that day or the next day.So but quality of service is excellent.I am very particular about who I let touch my hair.

I have had great service here multiple times. Today I went in and had Maria take care of me. She was friendly and did a great job! Other employees there, such as Alex and Rachel, are also wonderful.

I think Alex is great. She always does a good job that's why I've been going to her since 2020. And i cant say anything bad about Maria. When Alex was out twice Maria cut my hair once and washed and blow dried my hair the second time. I had a broken hand and needed someone to do that for me. So Maria also does a good job.
