Came back again after a few months and the service is still excellent. The staff remembered my preferences and did a beautiful job on my nails. The space feels clean, calm, and very welcoming.

If I could rate my eyebrow wax experience today, it would be a zero. I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman who waxed my eyebrows, but it was very clear that he did not know what he was doing. I would have appreciated honesty if he was not properly trained. He did not know the correct steps for waxing and trimming. There was excessive wax caked on my eyebrows, and the strips were barely pressed, which left wax residue all around my eyebrow area. While trying to clean it up, he wiped with alcohol, and dropped it into my eye. When he finished, he handed me the mirror and I immediately expressed that I was unhappy with the result. He waxed too far up, did not shape or trim my eyebrows, and left sticky residue on my face around my brows. I asked him to stop because my eyebrows were getting worse and I did not want them completely messed up. I requested someone else, but was told she had already left. This experience was very frustrating, and I am extremely irritated about how my eyebrows turned out. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

I recently (12-29-25)visited this horrible nail salon and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. I arrived with long, attractive beautiful nails that required only a fill, but I left with short, unattractive nails. I clearly communicated my desire to maintain the same style, reiterating that I wanted a fill with the exact same French pink and white design. I can’t express enough how beautiful my nails looked going in and I only needed fill. Unfortunately, my nails were not done correctly, and my complaint was not taken seriously. I was ignored and dismissed of my complaints. They act as if they don’t understand. I constantly asked for clarification of complaints. I told them to leave them and I go elsewhere but he claim "We Fix We Fix"The salon staff failed to provide adequate support or resolution. To make matters worse, the manager who l shared my frustration with,chose to wash his feet and perform a pedicure while I was still expressing my dissatisfaction. I will not recommend this salon or ever return. It seems that they pretend not to understand customer requests to avoid making corrections. I spent over two hours at the salon, and as a 52-year-old, I can confidently say that this is the worst nail experience I've ever had. I think l will learn and do myself and put a stop to these unpleasant experiences.

The technicians here really know what they’re doing. My nails were shaped perfectly and the finish looked flawless. The calm environment makes the experience even better.

I always enjoy the clean and relaxing vibe of this place. The staff is friendly without being overbearing. My manicure lasted beautifully.

Emmy took care of me last minute and did an amazing job. I’ve been coming for years and there’s been a lot of changes. My first time with her but I’ll book her from now on.

This salon never disappoints. The nail tech took her time shaping and perfecting every detail. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes you want to stay longer.
