I drive 30 minutes one way to get my nails done here. I feel like they treat you like a first time customer everytime. They provide excellent service and you 100% get what you pay for. The ambiance is great and the staff is always gracious.

I dropped in for a mani pedi. There was a warm welcome and fast attention. Kelly was so friendly, joyful and warm. She also gave me the best pedicure massage ever! The massage lasted sooooo long, like 8 songs - btw, good music. I am absolutely pleased with the way she shaped my nails, applied the polish and fastidiously cared for my cuticles. Five star recommendation for this place.

Kevin does an amazing job every single time! My dip manicure used to crack a few days after getting them done, but with him it easily lasts at least two weeks!

I’ve enjoyed pedicures here in the past, but would NOT suggest getting the dipping powder on your nails. I’ve done dip for the last few years, so I have plenty of experience with having it done. I’ve never had as many issues as with the dip I got done here. FOUR nails have broken within 3 days of getting it done! I’ve never had that happen before. And none of them broke while doing yard work etc. I picked up a laundry basket and two of them shattered. Unfortunately this will be the last time I get anything done at this salon.

I patroned Ethereal almost every week when they first opened and then there was a bit of a staff change-up, so I went to other nail salons in the area. On a whim, about 2 months ago, I walked in and was treated to one of the best manicure and pedicures I’ve ever had - so much that I make appts when I leave for the next visits now. The deluxe manicure and pedicure with collagen masks are amazing. Worth every penny. They also now have a bar to serve drinks, fyi.

Good price and clean salon, however, I did not have a good experience with my manicure. My nail tech, Tracey, pointed out and had commentary with the nail techs around us about a speck of dirt under one of my nails. Then I told her I didn’t like the color once it was applied (it was too transparent) and asked her to apply white gel instead. She did not apply white gel but put another nearly transparent polish on. The end manicure was not was I asked for and has several air bubbles. Not a good experience or a quality manicure.
