Great experience and AMAZING customer service from Alexis! I’m new to makeup and was feeling overwhelmed choosing the right products and shade, Alexis was very patient and explained everything thoroughly, not once did he pressure me to buy anything or try something I didn’t like. He made sure I was comfortable and understood how each product worked and politely informed me of the pricing of each single item. I have anxiety and self body image issues, Alexis put me at ease. I did not buy everything that we tried but I will definitely be going back! And especially recommending Alexis for your make up care and needs! Thank you Alexis!!!!

5-hour balayage and this is what I got. I'm not pleased the stylist was super distracted with another client while in service with me. I'm unsure how you pay for a service when you get half of the attention. If you have a preferred stylist, make sure to stick to them. I was recommended to go with Betty, but she was on vacation and made the mistake of taking the next available. Never again, oh, and also it took one hour to pay, maybe bc she took me out of service so she could take another cut and couldn't put me back in service. Not upset about paying mainly upset because she could've finished a lot sooner and done a better job if she would've focused on ONE client at the time!

Took my daughter in for her first eyebrow service and Alexis did an amazing job! We wanted a natural cleanup and he delivered exactly that. He was gentle, patient, and even added a nose mask, which made the experience extra special. Highly recommend!

Victoria was very knowledgeable about the products she used and took the time to educate me on how they work. She made the entire process feel very comfortable and even suggested professional beauty products tailored to my needs, which I truly appreciated. I also valued the attention to detail she showed throughout. Overall, she did a fantastic job!

Tremendous help from Mariah, she was extremely informative and helpful when it came to choosing my skincare. She answered every question without hesitating and once I explained my concerns regarding my face being sensitive she knew exactly where to point me. She even gave me additional suggestions which I very much appreciated and made my experience all around comfortable a the store which can be overwhelming sometimes. Great store and even better employee, Thank you !

Alexis did a brow wax and tint for me. Alexis was prompt and pleasant and checked in throughout the service to make sure I got what I wanted. Great service from a talented individual. I will definitely get my brows serviced again with Alexis.

I went in for a Bangs hair cut and unfortunately the stylist did a terrible job. I went last Friday and built up the courage to make this review. My stylist cut too much hair and went too short, I did show a picture of how I wanted my hair but she chopped off parts that should have not been cut. Also, she kept cutting and cutting, I asked if I style them at this length would it make my bangs appear shorter. She stated yes and kept on insisting to cut more, at that point she was trying to give micro bangs (not what I asked). I left Ulta embarrassed because I looked like the villain from the Lorax (not even joking) and had to buy a headband from the dollar tree. I recommended the Salon from Walmart because at least they won’t let you leave looking hideous.
