On my first visit to this hair salon, I was impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with great vibes from the staff. Jacky, my stylist, was sweet and friendly, and did a beautiful balayage job. I definitely recommend this place.

Jackie, owner of this fabulous hair salon, has been nothing but understanding and patient with the desire and needs I want for my hair. From the moment I step foot there I get nothing but great customer service. The hair stylists in this place really listen to what you want and know exactly how you need to feel when you leave, feeling impeccably fabulous! Got a curly hair cut and she did it just how I wanted it!! She did an amazing job I highly recommend going to the girl I went with, I believe her name is rosy. She was very sweet and kind! The only thing that it is a lil pricy but overall it was a wonderful experience!

Worst service I've had. After my hair was ruined they proceeded to give me attitude at the fact that I even disliked it. At first they were very welcoming at correcting the haircut, I spoke to Jackie and she told me to go in the following day and that herself or Marlyna were going to correct it. Marlyna was the one who originally did my first cut and the transitioning from one layer to another was completely noticeable. Not at all blended. There was a difference of 5inches from the longest layer to the length of my hair, almost looked like a mullet. SMH NO! Walked in wanting layers and trimming my ends to blend everything seemingly but instead left with 7plus inches being cut from my original long hair! In order to even it out... they had Monse fixing it and on top of that she was rude. Everything I said she responded with an attitude. I was going to a well-known salon, a reputable one at that. But they made comments like, Friday is my favorite day and made faces. I told Monse I wanted my bangs at chin length and she responded with an unnecessary and rude stare saying those are bangs...after they butchered my hair they had the audacity to give me nasty attitude. I was going because of the recommendation but GIRLS if you like your long hair, save the trip. IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR GO ELSEWHERE. I even said that k you and there was silence and rude stares. I think if the job would have been done the right way there wouldn't have been a second trip but I'm not going to keep a hairstyle that they clearly ruined.

I went to this salon with stephine and loved it my balayage was the blonde i wanted and lasted a great amount of time; However, my third time re-touching my balayage I went with Monse and it was the worst she left the bleach in my hair way too long which caused some of my hair to fall off and made my hair very thin and damaged mind you my hair is very health which is why i was upset because of how she left it. She even had to cut my hair when I didnt want to but it was nessesary because of how she left my hair I will never return to this salon after stephine left. Lucky I found stephine’s page on facebook and is doing a fabulous job. Big mistake by letting stephine leave she was truly the best very good costumer service and does a great job with balayages.

Paid 50 for wash cut and style and they didn't even wash my hair. 🙃Lady cutting my hair was nice tho
