Great Clips

We loved our haircut with Olga. She was very kind and down-to-earth. I highly recommend her. It was our first time coming here and we loved it. The only thing I could mention is that there was an employee sitting down just watching me — or maybe watching the lady who was cutting my hair — and it made me feel uncomfortable because she wouldn’t stop staring.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Great Clips. The stylist I had did not seem knowledgeable about modern men’s haircuts, which was already frustrating. On top of that, there was a major communication barrier — most of the staff only spoke Spanish, and since I don’t speak Spanish, it was impossible to explain what I wanted. Because of this, my haircut was completely messed up, and I left unsatisfied. Between the lack of English communication and the poor haircut, I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, Great Clips has lost a customer.

I always have Estrella cut my hair for me. She is very good at cutting hair. I always leave very satisfied! Thx so much Estrella!

Took my brother to get a haircut and the stylist did not do a good job. Asked for a fade and she left it looking like stairs where she did not know how to fade the cut. If your stylists are licensed and we as customers are paying for a service , we expect honesty from the stylist and if they don’t know how to do a cut just tell them. Had to take him to another place to get the haircut fixed after they charged me there for a situation which became a headache.

Estrella was great. She did an excellent job.

Friendly. But having gone to great clips in the past, this one is not high.On my list of returning to

i usually cut my hair in Austin TX and usually with a coupon and every time they did a great job . this time i was in Laredo TX and got the worst hair cut ever at full price figuring i might as well be loyal for discount perks... i would have paid 5 dollars for this cut but paid 5 times more.. told her to correct and still didn't do much . she can' cut then she can't cut... i simply will not go back and saved the argument... on top of that every salon i went to including Florida has my profile ready on how to cut my hair but this location didn't.i didn't get her name but she wore heavy rimmed black glasses..i come here for a good priced decent haircut and got garbage. had to go home and get the clippers myself to try and help it but she left it horrible.. now i have to pay ridiculous Barber prices while I'm in the.area with uber included the 20 on the cut should have been spent on a Barber with walking distance cortan feo.. no cortan bien aqui
