I have long hair and not a lot of experience with taking care of it, and Ursa took the time to explain everything to me AND asked really good questions to make sure I would be happy taking care of my cut (long layers with curtain bangs) before she did it. She also helped me understand more about styling my wavy hair. 😄Definitely will be back, and definitely recommend Ursa!
