Richelle is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in great hands. My hair has never looked or felt this good. The color is perfect, the cut is flattering, and the styling was done with so much care. Beyond her talent, Richelle is warm, professional, and makes the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed, and I’ve already received so many compliments. I found Richelle through instagram and I’m SO glad I did. She did my blonde color perfectly with ZERO damage and my hair extension install is flawless. She is SO fast too. I get individual eye tips and I’m used to sitting in a chair for 5 to 6 hours and she managed to get it done in just over one hour! I’m obsessed with my hair and with her. She is such an amazing human. I knew I was going to love her the moment I met her! I live in vegas but she is worth the drive to La Mesa to get my hair done!

Richelle is my " go to" for all my hair needs. She does my hair extensions. She does my color and she does my cut. I trust her abilities totally. She's up to date on style and her vibe is funny, casual, and loving.

Richelle is a magician. She took my clunky, tired blonde and turned it into a San Diego sun-kissed, fun, effortless blonde that looks and feels so much better. On top of that, she’s a blast to be in the chair with, easy conversation, great energy, zero awkwardness. You leave looking better and in a better mood. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

was attended to by a so-called "expert with more than 15 years of experience," for whom I was charged the highest service rate. She was so eager to prove her expertise that she pulled my hair excessively, used a razor she clearly did not know how to handle, and left the back of my haircut noticeably longer on the right side than on the left. Throughout the appointment, she engaged in inappropriate and unprofessional conversations with other clients, even suggesting that I should "invite my husband to a dinner night," without knowing whether I was married or not. At the end of the session, I asked her for a simple touch-up on my bangs, just a bit shorter, and she left them so uneven that it looked as though they had been cut by an amateur. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had, and I honestly do not understand how this salon dares to charge different rates for their so-called levels of expertise when the stylist I was assigned to was completely unqualified for such a premium price.
