My husband surprised me with an early Valentines gift of a couples massage. This was a first for both of us ! It was amazing! Kinda mad I had never done it before. I was with Josh , I didn’t get the ladies name that was with my husband (brown hair, hokas lol) They were both phenomenal ! Would highly recommend!

Today, I had the most relaxing and beneficial massage with Josh! He targeted the spots where I’ve been experiencing pain. I left feeling 100% better. The hot stones, warm towels and eye mask made me feel pampered. I’m looking forward to my next massage with him! Thank you Josh!!

Josh at Healing Hands Spa is by far The BEST massage therapist I have ever had! I highly recommend him. I used to do one off massages here and there with various people at different spas , and they were mostly positive, but with Josh it was next level incredible. I have been doing monthly hour and half deep tissue massages with him for 12 months now and it is the highlight of my month. I always look forward to my sessions as I know I will leave feeling VERY relaxed. All the tension melts away in his very skilled hands - this is a man who has decades of experience and it shows! I feel beyond comfortable with being on his table, as he is extremely professional and knowledgeable with amazing technique. I am so glad I randomly booked him in January when I was having issues with my back. Not only did he make all those back issues magically go away, he has worked out so many knots and tightness in my body. I have referred him to several friends and they have also had positive experiences as well. I don’t do reviews or recommendations often, but I can whole heartedly recommend Josh as a massage therapist - book a session with him and you won’t be disappointed!

Flexibility. Simplicity. Quality. As a mom to 2 kids with special needs & a caretaker for an ailing elderly parent… it’s hard to get away! I appreciate the flexibility and short notice Healing Hands offers. It’s easy to make appointments online. I appreciate that there’s no fluff at the beginning of the appointment. I don’t need to sit in a robe in a room with water sounds to prepare me for my massage. They just get right down to it. The services are reasonably priced, which I appreciate so there is plenty of room left in my budget to leave a generous tip. I always get the same magician, Danny. I am a big baby when it comes to pain but my back is so messed up, it NEEDS a good massage. Danny knows the exact place & amount of pressure to do. Pure magic, I tell you! If you want a high quality and productive massage without the extra rigamarole, Healing Hands Cedar Bluff is your new jam.

Josh was amazing! Was my first time going there! Will be going back. You can tell he is very experienced. He knows the exact points with the perfect amount of pressure. He would work on an area and when he returned to it you could immediately tell the improvement.

I have been visiting Healing Hands for several years and have consistently enjoyed my experience. This visit was with the masseuse, Danny. This past visit, however, without going into details, was an inappropriate massage. The masseuse repeatedly massaged places I was uncomfortable with, including under my undergarments. I have had massages with both female and male masseuses and have never had these issues. Instead of being able to relax, I was on edge the entire time and had to continue to adjust my body so his hands didn't wander further. I messaged Healing Hands first, a couple of weeks ago, and they ignored my message and my request for a reply. I wouldn't be leaving this review if they had responded and let me know how this was going to be handled. This was such a jarring and uncomfortable experience. I will never be able to go to this spa again and feel safe.

Upcharged without being told it would be more. Massage therapist just have been new because she asked me where I had pain. I told her my shoulders and neck and spent the majority of the time on my arms and legs. Towards the end of the massage she must have noticed I was unhappy because she started working my shoulders a little bit. She was nice but talked to much through out the massage asking questions constantly. I felt as though I needed to re assure her that she was not hurting me or going to soft. It was fine I paid the upcharge of $70 for hot stones and aroma therapy they said was included and left a tip even though it wasn’t the best. Also someone barged into our room in the middle of the massage. Gonna go to a different massage place to help with my back.
