I just got the BEST haircut from Josh. Josh is clearly a master of the craft—knew how to use tools to shape and move my hair with perfect control. Kind, easy to work with, artist. Definitely going back!

I was a walk-in. Bailey worked to find me a slot with someone & it just happened that Ethan was available immediately. I waited a short 15 minute period while he finished attending to another client. I went in completely undecided on what finished look I wanted, just knowing that, a year into my healing from my youngest son's passing, I was at a point where I 'needed' to do something different. Ethan was FANTASTIC. He enjoys what he does & to me is extremely skilled; he was excited that I was basically a blank canvas & essentially gave him free rein. I came out with a gorgeous new hairstyle & feeling a million times better. Some people say it's just a haircut, or it's just coloring, so just choose whatever. No. After years of the bargain haircuts that come out as disasters (or even DIY cuts), you go where the stylists know what they're doing & what they recommend is actually what the result is - or in my case even better than I expected. The atmosphere was wonderful. Very welcoming. All the stylists greet you, even in passing. I will be a returning customer for years to come. It's wonderful when you're working so hard to transform your inner self & there are people - like stylists - who help you on your journey not just on the outside but also aiding on the inner stuff too. This, to me, is PRICELESS & this is what I got from Hairpeace.

I had Todd a wonderful hair stylist from hairpeace fixed a horrible job done by Georgia McDonald at elite suites salon studios knoxville, tn she completely messed up my hair and Todd made everything better and made me feel happy again thank you so much Todd thank you so much hairpeace It's a Wonderful atmosphere and they are so friendly and Todd is very funny and nice  I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone  and I wanted to get some hair products for my hair and he was honest with me and told me there's no need to buy any for your hair is perfectly healthy so I thought that was really honest🤗

I had 1 great cut and the worst cut I’ve ever received here. The vibes are a little off and not very welcoming. Feels gossipy and judgy. As for the bad cut, the person I booked as out sick that day so they set me up with someone else. I asked for just above the shoulder and came out with it at the ear. She asked if I wanted clippers on the back… she tried reworking it a little bit in the chair, but once the length was gone there wasn’t a lot that could be done. I went home to try to style it and live with it for a day or two before calling to see if I could have someone try to correct it, but it would be the same stylist, so I didn’t want to lose more length and just lived with the awful cut until it grew out a little bit and went somewhere else.
