Kaylee has been coloring my hair for about 18 months and I NEVER leave disappointed. The salon is amazing and well maintained. Everyone is kind. K.C. Did a cut for me last month that I still love looking at every morning. I’d give these ladies 10 stars if I could.

I have gone to master stylists for textured hair and have been the hair model for different demos for large crowds reaching 500k at a time (online) so please understand when I say that when I moved to Knoxville I psychotically researched a TON of different artists in the area who specialized in curly hair. I legit read through hundreds of reviews, cross referenced social media accounts and different review platforms, looked up anything you could possibly imagine to determine the best person to touch my precious mane of hair. I am SHOOK that even though I was confident in choosing Shelby as my overall #1 best, Shelby somehow SURPASSED my expectations. My hair turned out even better than I could have possibly imagined, not to mention I’m OBSESSED w the shop and even bought a shirt because they are so funky and cool and cozy! But more importantly I am now obsessed with Shelby and want to be her bestie because she is just so authentically herself and TRULY went above and beyond with the education on how to style my specific curl type, she showed me and demonstrated on me what to do and what not to do, she also sent me a ton of links to different products she recommended and styling tips. And even sent me a list of things to do in the area because she knew I just moved here! I was shocked at the low price she charged for a shampoo/deep condition, cut and style. For the quality of work and experience she provided, the price she was asking seemed like I was robbing her lol so I ended up tipping probably 50% because of how amazing the entire experience was, especially considering my only experience w curly cuts was not even as good as Shelby even though the master stylist of an entire beauty school was my girl before Shelby and still didn’t educate me or take the time like Shelby did. 10/10 she’s your girl

Culture Hair Studios!!!!! Absolutely Amazing! Caye Pal!!! I could not be happier or more pleased with my color and cut! I can not think of one time in 20 years that I have walked out of a salon more pleased with what my hair stylist had done! Caye Pal was the kindest most genuine person I have met in many many years,she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted,and truly surpassed any expectations that I had. I will always come back to her chair!

Aaron is absolutely amazing! He has a magical touch! I just left and I love my haircut so much!! I already got 2 compliments, one from my husband and one at a restaurant we just walked into. Can’t wait to be back for my haircut next time!

First time going to this salon, first time in a salon in like 4 years and I could not have been happier with my experience. Aaron was amazing and definitely knew what he was doing. Came in for a trim on my long hair and he did exactly what I wanted!

I’ve had my hair cut and colored here on two separate occasions. Highlights were done well but the cut that I was charge $70 for was an extreme disappointment. I specifically told the gentleman before he began that I prefer texture and do not like visible layers cut into my hair. He proceeded to cut a huge layer around my hair so my ponytail now looks ridiculous - all one length and choppy. There system seems to have trouble sending appointment reminders but no issues deducting fees if you miss payments. Apparently I "opted out of appointment reminders" which I have no recollection of doing as I didn’t make any appointment using their platform. Just be aware.

Saw K.C. for a cut and Caye for coloring. They both did a great job and I truly enjoyed my time with each of them! However the pricing for coloring on the website was not straightforward which was very disappointing. The website needs to be more clear in service and pricing descriptions and if appointment notes are going to be an option to fill out on the booking page, then they need to be reviewed ahead of time so clients feel like they've been dealt with fairly and with respect to each clients finances and budget.
