I like the workers but the boss is always disrespectful and so mean. 1- The boss is always in hurry and doesn’t care. Whenever she starts to work on your hair, you will find she doesn’t have any patience just in hurt to catch other customers. 2- they are cleanliness is ZERO. 3- if you cut your hair your neck skin will be cut too and you will find it will hurt for days. I always leave tips (10-15%). Although the service hasn’t improved one bit. Don’t go there

I was excited to get my son his hair cut. He’s Only a 1yr old. There was two lady’s cutting hair but the one that attended my son was HORRIBLE… she was frustrated with him because he kept crying and I tried helping by holding my boys head and she pushed my hand away and said he’s a cry baby very rudely. She seemed very RUSHED and definitely seems like she didn’t want us there. This place is definitely NOT KID FRIENDLY! I don’t ever put bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. By the way it was not a good haircut.

I lost my patience, I’m sorry. I was a customer of this place for over 5 years in a row so I can clearly say that the place lost itself quality and service isn’t as good as it was. I understand that I only get a 20$ cheap men’s haircut however: 1. You always let your customer to tell you what he/she actually wants. 2. If you have other customers PLEASE tell your walk-ins to come at the other time or provide the best manners and the best service (any time there’s other customers I never got an ACCURATE or even decent haircut). 3. Any time I ask to leave the hair longer in the front and shorter on the back – we MISS the shot. 4. Any time I’m trying to finish my description of what kind of a haircut I want I got interrupted and she starts cutting my hair like she’s already know how and what exactly I want DESPITE I told her 3 times in a row that we do a bad job last and we need to cut shorter on the back and leave it on the front. 5. I want this business to improve. And I stayed with them for so long means that if your customer still with you – you want to save them no matter what, especially if they have only a good intentions. And by the way: I always leave tips (10-15%). Although the service hasn’t improved one bit.

I normally go to high end salons and pay out the nose for services. However on a whim I tried this salon out & was pleasently surprised. Amy colored my hair better than the high end salons for a much more reasonable price. All of the staff are kind & friendly and I highly recommend this salon. I’ll defin be going back!

I’ve been going here since I was in 8th grade, and I am now living in Tacoma, but still travel to Kent to see Amy. She has never done me wrong and every time I leave, I am so happy about the cut.

My wife has been going here for a few years now and her stylist Amy is amazing. Does such a great job and always nice. I recommend going here if you need your hair done.

Nice and friendly salon. Great stylists and fantastic service. I enjoy the atmosphere and it is quiet and peaceful. I like it because it is a diverse salon and that people are treated with kindness. Thank you to the stylists for doing an awesome job and excellent service.
