This is my 2nd time at this salon and I could not be happier! I’ve had great results both times. Felicia is AMAZING!! She puts so much care and detail into the cut and style! She is just a wonderful person! I won’t use anyone else!
****IMPORTANT : PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE!!!**** I’m not usually this type of person. But this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in any salon for any service and they didn’t even touch my hair. So long story short…. I called IN ADVANCE, a week in advance and I specifically explained where my hair was and where I wanted it to go. I went over the price, scheduled, etc. So days go by, and I get to my appointment. I sit down and then Emma proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the colors I wanted, so I decided to improvise and was willing to settle for something else other than what I wanted, just because I needed this appointment and already took off work… so even after that, she decided to tell me "she didn’t have time to do it before going to her 2nd job". I honestly feel like they’re just didn’t want to do it and she tried to blame it on whoever I called and booked with because I told her, I even called and said what I wanted and that it would be a double process when I booked. Now, the day of, you don’t have the colors AND you don’t have time? I literally left the salon crying because this appointment was so important. I’m sure the owner or whoever it is that argues with the other people to defend their innocence and refuse to take any accountability for all of the other negative reviews will jump underneath this comment and start yapping away. She has a very serious attitude problem and I can’t wait to hear how it was an accident and they didn’t have time to "rush" when she was already aware of how long it would take or at the very least she knew it would take several hours when I booked my appointment. So even though I was so upset after missing work, have an important event coming up and now NO hair appointment…. I literally left the salon crying tears and I text and apologized for being noticeably upset and she texts me back with another attitude and excuse. Just insanely unprofessional. I’m almost happy that they didn’t touch my hair after this because they clearly don’t care about customers satisfaction or know how to treat people with respect. Emma wasn’t really rude. She did offer to touch up my hair in the meantime since I had something coming up and needed my hair done, but why would I or should I pay TWICE because I couldn’t get what I was already told I could have the first time? Like I said, she wasn’t rude at all. But whoever hides behind these comments and does the texting DEFINITELY needs an attitude adjustment. I considered posting the screenshots but a warning to everyone else will suffice.
I was only in town for a few days and desperately needed a haircut. I booked this salon based on reviews alone and am so happy that I did! Not only did I get what I asked for I also walked out of there feeling so ✨pretty✨ Felicia was so nice and took great care of me! And the vibe here is so great and chill. House plants, the music, all of it. I would definitely come back again. 😁
Had a wonderful experience, had to chop my hair off because it was fried and having the dogs there to greet me as I walked in, instantly calmed my nerves about it. Emma done an awesome job, I’ll definitely recommend and be back. ❤️
I have been going to Everyday Magick Salon for a year now, and I can honestly say that there’s no one else who provides the level of attention and care to my hair like Kimber! It is so hard to find a stylist who understands red hair, and Kimber has never failed to produce fantastic quality of color and cuts. In addition to being a phenomenal stylist, she is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. Every time I book, I’m so excited to see my hair transformed, but I’m equally excited to see Kimber! I am constantly recommending her to all my friends. She is incredible!!
We tried this place out for the first time last weekend. Felicia was wonderful. She was patient and so incredibly kind as the appointment was for not just me but my two kids as well. I know it would have been helpful but I didn’t have a picture to show her want I wanted, just hopefully explained it enough and she nailed exactly what I was hoping for. I would recommend her 100 times.
Had a fabulous haircut at Magick salon, courtesy of Felicia. She took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. Very pleasant atmosphere too.
