No frills haircut ✨ I was told that there’s normally a wait. I asked for Susan and was accommodated right after her customer. Didn’t need to show a picture. I just told her what I wanted and she was able to do it. Thin and layers ✨ prices are very affordable

i went here since friends recommend me to go. i asked for my hair to be cut near my waist but they literally cut it shorter, it's up to my collarbone. NOT SATISFIED!!!!! it's also uneven. for the bangs, i feel like it's not straight, it's longer and thicker on one side. it looks like i look like will byers from Stranger Things.. tho it was affordable, i don't think ill be going here anytime soon again!!

I love that their services are so affordable. They are really great at what they do BUT get ready to wait. There is definitely a favoritism here. If you look and talk in their language then you’ll be waiting like me. 2 hours. I was sitting waiting to get my hair washed for 30 mins and people who came after me were taken care of. I justed walked away. There is no communication or no one check the list. You basically sign in and just wait to see if they will call you. Now if a Filipino walk through the door, he goes either to Lana or another of the hair dresser to see how many is in front of them. Now tell me how can they know if they don’t look at the list! This place is so not worth it

I would not go to this place last time I went they have they have mouses cockroaches, and they put maggots in my hair and last time last time I came out, my hair was falling out

I found this place through a Reddit post and I’m so glad I did! The service was super affordable, and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn. I asked for curtain bangs with layered length, and Lana did exactly what I had in mind. Lana listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the exact haircut. Her precision and attention to detail really impressed me. I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to hairdresser! Highly recommend.

Great haircut great price no doubt about it. But when it comes to organization and communication it's a 0 star. Most times I go there, there's 2-3 people ahead of me. In the end, 6-7 pass in front of me. They don't even look at me or ask anyone who is next in line. Like some other comments mentioned, there's definitely some favoritism for a certain demographic. More like a " If you look like them you go first". If you're not one of their people, be ready to wait a long time. Definitely not going there again. I'll pay an extra $10 if it means I save 2 hours of my day.
