I would give zero stars if I could. The barber cut my neck during the haircut, and the staff completely pretended nothing happened. No apology, no concern, just acted like everything was normal. After injuring me, they still charged full price and even asked me for a tip — unbelievable. This is unacceptable and dangerous behavior for any business. Please be careful if you plan to come here. I will never return.

I took both my kids here a couple days ago, and while the wait time was relatively short, the service was very poor and my daughter had complained of the passive-aggressiveness of her stylish. She'd gone to get her hair cut shorter and the stylist seemed very impatient with her. She'd told me that she was going to show how short she wanted her hair, but her arms were not free because of the barber cloak and the stylist would not let her arms free to show her. My daughter ended up with a haircut way too short of what she'd wanted and was afraid to go to school for the next couple of days, even wanting to purposely get sick to stay home. Would not recommend this place, and especially not the stylist.

very bad experience multiple times. Barber insists on cutting more saying it’s to "layer" I simply asked for a 1/2 in off the sides and back ended up with a bowl cut and 2 inches off the top would not recommend place and definitely not Jane as your barber.

Basic haircut, and they tend to cut my hair based on what they think looks good, vs. what I ask for - so I have to make sure I say less than what I want, because it always ends up more than I wanted. At least they're usually on time from scheduled appointment, and you can get in/out relatively fast. Bring cash though, or they charge a bit more.

The price is good, but I wish the stylist will manage their emotions better. She just cut my hair without asking me how I like to cut. When I said it was too short, she defended it and said it will grow long very soon. If I have my ideas, she kind of scored me. How sad. Please respect your custom.

i will never forget what this place did to my hair. i asked for a simple balayage and they made the back if my head look like a zebra print. this salon had obviously no experience with dyeing hair because it was honestly the worst experience of my whole life. i couldn’t sleep and cried all day because of it. due to my asian hair being naturally black i asked for a brown color so the color difference is better but what did they do to my hair?! they bleached it blond leaving streaks of it at the end. so disappointed

Went there for a digital perm, the hairdresser was nice, but my hair came out not good, burnt, and damaged so she tried to trim off some of my hair to "fix" it. The hairdresser only towel dried my hair, according to the lady, a digital perm is like this— no need to blow dry, just let it naturally dry. After I got home, I noticed that my hair turned completely dry and fuzzy and I found out that a lot of my hair is burnt to a crisp. My hair was long and healthy before, but now it needs to be completely cut off. I am so disappointed.
