I love coming to Michelle (Posh salon) every time for all my hair needs. She's extremely talented and knows what she's doing. All of her techniques are modern and relevant to current trends. One way to know how good your haircut stays is when you're gone away from the salon and your hair looks fantastic even the days you don't style your hair. That's how you know. I always get compliments on my hair cut and color as she knows what colors to match your eye color and/or skin tone. Highly recommend her!

If you’re looking for a place that will accommodate to your hair type to deliver the best outcome as possible, Michelle is your girl!! I’ve gotten a full dye and multiple balayages and Michelle makes my hair look and feel healthy every time. If you have unhealthy hair, COME HERE! Michelle has saved my hair from looking dry and I absolutely love how glossy my hair look. I always get so many compliments on my hair because the balayage transitions smoothly to my roots. The interior is very spacious and clean, I always feel at home when I get my hair done here.

Michelle never disappoints. Every time I step into her salon I walk out feeling like a million bucks. When she colors my hair the shade is always on point not to mention the cut and style. My mom loves my hair so much she counts the days I go back to see Her so she can get her hair done as well. My mom gets a perm and cut and she’s always getting complemented when she’s out. Michelle’s got some magical talent. 👍

Very disrespectful of customer’s time. I made an appt two days ahead. Rearrange work and skip lunch just to make it in time for the appt. Ended up Michelle has 3 customer in her studio. She didn’t try to explain the situation and no text or call to reschedule with me. Just told me to come back another day. This happened twice. Not sure if she likes to take some walk-in customers that need more expensive service. But I think at least have the courtesy to call instead of having customers stood up:( Not planning to go back again

Michelle is a very talented hair stylist who listens to what you want and executes it wonderfully! I had ash brown highlights done in January and she gave me quality products to use at home to manage my hair. I have received multiple compliments on my hair and will definitely be going to her again. Thank you Michelle!

Messed up my hair colour, I went for touch up I have dark brown hair the and she has coloured my root’s literally black!. When I got home everyone could see it but she kept saying after a wash it will be lighter. I never had an experience like that! On the phone is asked does the 95$ include styling she said yes, and when I asked her to style she said she will charge 40$ cuz I have curly hair. Not going back!

i think what happened to me here qualifies as cruel and unusual torture according to the 8th amendment absolutely absurd customer service, she vaguely gestured to me to get the salon robe thing and put it on myself (???) while audibly texting on her phone before "shampooing my hair" felt terrible and she would ask if the water was ok while it was warm and then it would become cold. for some reason. even though i said it was ok. haircutting technique was entirely not present it looked like she was experimenting on my hair and i had to keep telling her where to cut and how much blow drying technique was insane im pretty sure she was practicing dribbling a basketball using my head as the ball i don't think she knows you start the styling process at blow drying styling was even more insane she used the hardest wax possible after i told her i use a soft one normally, she effortlessly made it look like i had just been electrocuted or hit by a lightning bolt or both, had to keep myself from laughing out loud or getting up and fighting her after waxing there were still parts that were too long so she started combing my hair to cut/thin it more With The Wax Already In My Hair (Again. this is the hardest wax she could've found ever) so you can imagine how that went the shampoo and wax smelled cheap and gross and the robe and cover thing smelled even worse like they've never been washed. the whole process only took 30 minutes but it felt like hours because of how torturous it was, to top it all off she charged me 70 even though the prices are women's cut 50 min $70 and men's cut 30 min (lower price that's on the booking site but i forgot how much exactly it was) to be fair i do have shorter hair but expected her to take 50 min anyways so i booked the women's cut had to go home and shampoo/conditioner immediately and style it myself, actual cut looks acceptable i guess except for the strands directly behind my ears that are too short to stay down so they stick out if i don't tuck them down with wax (?????) it would be ingenious to call them strands actually they're bits of hair that look like a kid chopped them off. no idea why she even has the 18 5 star reviews that she does have, it's gonna take at least 3 weeks for me to recover from this then im sure my hubris will return and ill try going to another salon ive never been to, like icarus flying into the sun over and over
