I love Jade. I have came to Jade for haircut and highlights for couple years now and every time she surprises me! Without me saying much, she can always deliver the nice outcomes!!!!! And of course, I got A LOT of compliments from ppl. They like the colors she picked for me as well as the style she did! I am so happy finding this place and Jade is such a nice lady! 😉

Very bad experience here if you wanna do 5 mins haircut you can come. Unprofessional skills and service will never come back

I showed nice balayage and totally different picture and they just gave me bleached hair that’s all 😣😡 so unpro and price is not cheap i had very short hair even i didn’t satisfied and hard for me but i gave at least tip and what they said haha they asked increased the tip what kind of mortal! Tip is pleasure not mandatory if you did good job ppl may give not have to okay! Understand that and even did bad work i gave it 😡 korean ppl are demanding most of them so pls leave that attitude at work!!!

I have been coming to Ritz salon since 2015. They really know how to deal with straight hair. The salon is not only clean, but organized. The staff is humble and very professional. They're always busy, so, don't expect to be serviced as a walk in. Plus it's disrespectful to be late. I think you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment (anywhere). So, my point is, to give these Ladies a try, they do a phenomenal job. Honestly, go try them out!

I made my first appointment with Jade at Ritz Hair Salon in Irvine. Prior to my first visit with Jade, she had asked me to bring in a photo of the hair style I am wanting. So i brought in a couple of pictures so that Jade has an idea of what hair style i was wanting. My hair was originally one length past my shoulders. Well I must say Jade did an amazing job cutting and layer my hair. I could not be more happy and have referred several people who had stopped to ask me who did my hair. Thank you Jade.

Not professional hair stylist. The worst experience in salon ever. I cannot believe they cut my hair like this. I want to get my money back😡😢

de a appointment and she said tomorrow 9 30 am. I said ok.. hair cut and color my hair. and I came there the place then she told she can do only hair cut not color my hair. and of course i dissapointed. because she has a clients. and why she keeps making appointment other people if already have costume that time.. and plus too expenscolor my hair cost 200 bucks.. I went my Vietnamese salon by fountain valley just cost me 70 dollars everything and they're doing good good.
