DL HOPE T5 HAIR SALON

It was my little one’s first time here — he started with a crying face 🥹, but the hairstylist was so patient and kind! He gently talked to him the whole time, and by the end, my kid couldn’t stop smiling 😄 He even gave the "uncle" a big hug before we left 🫂 — so sweet! The salon itself is super clean and stylish — modern black-and-white design, very comfortable and relaxing 🖤 The hairstylists are not only skilled but also really know how to handle kids👏 The regular kids’ haircut is $35, but if you recharge $200, you get 20% off, so it comes out to just $28 — such a great deal! 💇‍♂️ Plus, it’s conveniently located right above Lady M, so you can grab a slice of cake after 🍰

BEWARE: This salon is basically a barber shop for trendy k-pop haircuts. The reviews that are shining are from the previous salon called "Empire Salon". When I showed the stylist the photo I basically explained I wanted to keep the majority of my length and trim about an inch, with jaw-length curtain bangs. He gave me layers and thinned out my hair so much that it looks stringy. I was so angry I paid and wished I hadn't tipped. He didn't even use heat protectant in my hair. While he was combing through it he was practically yanking at my ends. Also, he used two hair dryers to dry my hair at once. The haircut lasted only 30 minutes and he didn't even trim it while wet. They have no idea how to style women's hair. While the cut isn't so bad, the whole point of this was to maintain my length and he just thinned my hair out. I may return and demand a refund but right now I'm so angry.

Horrible. Terribly mistake to do haircut here. Most horrible haircut ever. They could’ve just rob sixty dollars but instead gave a hideous haircut. They had no idea to handle the shape and layers of hair, yet unprofessionally blamed the client’s texture for the poor result. (Also they do not understand English. Be aware of it, they can’t understand your needs.

Went here for a wash and blowout and the hairstylist kept hitting me in the head with the blow dryer and gave me the fugliest curls! Do not go here

Went here for a Blow Out only. 10 stars for the hair wash, maybe the best hair wash I have ever had. Extremely thorough and relaxing. Blow out method was unconventional, but I was super happy with end result!

I love Empire Salon! The staff are super friendly and I am always very happy with my haircut and color 🙂 Natalie does my hair and she always takes her time to make it perfect. She is so careful and always goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with your haircut. She's also just fun to talk to. I recommend her to friends and family every chance I get.

My son and I came in last minute, and Rex saw us immediately and saved the day! My son looks amazing ! It is our favorite haircut yet! My dad also loves this place and I will be coming in for color after seeing how well they do. Thank you, Rex, and everyone here! Love love
