Buzz Salon

Buzz Salon has been so great to me. Genuinely fixed my hair problems and are SO helpful. I came into Buzz today not knowing what I wanted and immediately I was greeted by two women who were so helpful and took time to assess my hair type, chat with me, and give me reasonably priced hair products. After this experience, I asked to book with them immediately, because I 100% know that with their expertise and experience, they’ll be able to go above and beyond. If you’re having doubts on whether or not to come, let this be your sign to change your hair journey and go!!

BEST SALON in Iowa City!! Jodi is so amazing, always up on everything including new techniques and products. All of her staff is fantastic and will make accommodations when necessary. I simply can't live without Jodi and her amazing salon!! Thank you for beautiful hair for over 25 years!!

EXCELLENT customer service!! I felt really well pampered from start to finish. And I LOVED Thomas. I’m a first time customer and he made extra sure that he was giving me the haircut I wanted. I said I wanted to walk out looking like $4 million and, I dare say, he hit the bar. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I am a very happy customer and a new fan. 🤩

Thomas is a true artist -- so knowledgeable and passionate about hair -- and I LOVE the cuts he gives. They last and hold a beautiful shape for quite a long time between cuts. He's fantastic with color; I always worry about how colored hair will grow in, but he uses a technique so that it looks very natural and authentic as it grows in. I don't claim to be glamorous, but my haircuts from Thomas sure make me feel like I am!

Jodi brought my bleach-damaged hair back to life and took time to individualize a plan for the vision I had for my hair; she also executed it better than I imagined. Daniel is also very friendly and accommodating. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon.

Best experience in a salon you will have. Vibes are immaculate, service is top notch and everyone is friendly. I am so glad I chose to sit in a chair at Buzz.

I have been working with Thomas at Buzz Salon for several years and both my daughters go to Thomas as well. Thomas is amazing with haircuts and hair coloring. He is a true artist and delivers incredible results with each appointment. The staff at Buzz Salon are super friendly and professional, and the setting is beautiful. I highly recommend going to Thomas at Buzz Salon for your hair styling needs.
