Terrible experience. The towel provided was dirty and had short black hairs on it. After using it, my clothes got soaked, and since we were traveling with no extra clothes, we had to stay in wet clothing. Completely unacceptable.

They used to be called pony cuts but recently rebranded but I visited today and the hair stylists are the same amazing women that were there previously. Super kind and sweet!
