I have never been to this salon, but called for prices on a trim and color. She rudely asked if my hair is long or short. It is neither. It is medium length. And she wouldn't let me speak to tell her that, long or short, long or short. I won't be going there.

If you're looking for anything hair, this is a hidden gem in Houston. A private yet tastefully decorated salon, the owners have over four decades of experience and has become my go-to for haircuts. They're very thoughtful of styles curated for you, and never pushes any services outside of what you'd like to do. Highly recommend. It's a comfortable, clean, nicely furnished salon with fantastic service.

Candy and Daniel has been my hairdresser since I was a child, and she’s truly the best! She’s always so kind, lovely to be around, and her haircuts are consistently amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

Having lived in Houston for a few years now, this is my favorite hair salon thus far. It's a cute and clean gated area tucked away with its own little parking lot. I called for an appointment and they were able to book me in on short notice, even going so far as to let me come in thirty minutes before they officially opened. Once I was there, I simply had to show a photo of what I wanted, we had a brief discussion about the specifics, and it was off to the races! This haircut not only turned out exactly how I wanted, it was even better than I imagined due to the little changes she made to make the cut really fit me. I wanted a fringe, which I haven't had in years, and she more than delivered! The haircut she gave me has great movement and there's a lot of flexibility in how I can style it, which is exactly what I wanted. What's even better is that the haircut was very reasonably priced and the result was even better than most other "chic" salons I've been to that charged way more. Just be aware that it's cash only and they politely notify you of that when you book. Usually hair appointments are a busy affair with tons of stylists and customers milling about, but this was completely different. By virtue of the salon being small and tucked in a quiet area, the whole appointment was so quiet and peaceful. This will definitely be my go-to salon in Houston!

I really loved this salon. I went a couple times to get my brows done and I was really happy with the service. The location was really nice, and the owners were really nice too. Unfortunately the last time I went will probably be my last. That day, the owner seemed to be in a rush and in the process, burned my eyelids. I think she noticed because she apologized. My face was red and swollen for a couple of days. I was left with a small scar on my right eyelid. As for my eyebrows themselves, I had to finish doing them once I got back home. I was really disappointed and wouldn't feel comfortable coming back. I've been burned before at salons but never this badly.

The husband and wife duo are skilled and humbled. They treated my hair with the utmost care and respect. I've visited a few times and I prefer to come here opposed to a salon where people constantly come in and out, eating and talking loudly. The atmosphere here is the opposite, busy yet very "zen" and relaxing. I never felt rushed. My hair came out fabulous every time. I felt I got the 5 star treatment, thus I'm leaving 5 stars here.

2022: I went back for a hair cut and Candy is such an amazing hair stylist! I showed her a photo and she gave me the exact same style! The place is so cozy and very reasonably priced! A true hidden gem. 2019: I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and my hair cut and I was extremely happy with both!! The owners were very nice and fast and I will definitely be going back!
