My husband desperately needed a haircut and the other place which wasn't busy at all said it would be 30 min wait so we walked around the corner and they took him right in. I wish I knew the barbers name but he did an amazing job and it looked amazing and for the price that made it even better. I think my husband plans in coming here from now on.

This place is a joke. No wonder why it was dead on a Saturday afternoon. I walked in, no interaction with barber whatsoever other than what you want done, quiet the whole time. My experience was not good at all. The air guns they have is loud as heck and the sound bounces all over the place. They really should get some sound absorbing material in there. I left with a headache. It is small space. If you are waiting for your turn on the benches, the barbers in front of you will blow all that hair from the client he is cutting your way which is annoying as heck. Next, with the amount of money they charge for a cut, you would think they would at least get a music/video subscription. They be playing Youtube the whole time with ads and everything. You have to eat up all those ads. Like come on man, why in the world would you play other companies’s ads in ur establishment. No public restrooms in sight. Ceiling ugly as heck with stains and no lamp covers. My cut was alright though i wanted to get my beard done and the barber didn’t even asked me if I wanted it done. At that point, I was annoyed and frustrated as hell. I didn’t say anything because he was already rushing me out of the seat because another client came in. What a way to lose money on other services. Unbelievable. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, this place is not worth it and more likely will not be seeing my business again.

I took my grandson there to get his hair trimmed. We sat there for 30 minutes while the one person working attended to one client - since no one else was in the shop and the employee did not mention a scheduled appointment after that client i figured we would just wait. A lady walking in about 25 minutes in and after the one client got up she plopped down in the chair before my grandson. There were no explanations or apologies I guess the employee assumed I had hours to sit around and wait on a hair cut for my grandson. If he could have communicated what the wait would be at the time I would in I could have save myself a waisted half hour. Maybe he just doesn’t like cutting kids hair - still speak up if u are not interested in attending to us we will happily go else were I don’t want anyone working out of there comfort zone. The rudeness is not acceptable and I am sorry my grandchildren had to experience that.

never in my 24 years of life have I ever been denied at a barbershop for trying to get a male haircut because I’m a woman. This is outrageous and not to mention a little bit sexist… I mean seriously it’s not like I went in there, asking for layers in a fish braid I literally asked for a blowout… My hair isn’t even past my ears yet??? Are they serious? This company really needs help help.

I went to Woody's today because I just moved to Homestead and have been looking for a good Barber. I walked in and was out with a GREAT hair cut in 15 minutes! It would have been less time if I wasn't making conversation with the woman that cut my hair. She was friendly, funny, informative, professional, and beautiful! I will definitely be going back!

Worst haircut of my life. Double the price of most places. I could of done better doing the cut myself. I will be keeping a hat on till it grows out. I know "Woody's Barber Shop" and they should take down the sign.
