This place is incredibly unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment for the next day. The salon/nail technician (Carmen) called me to confirm the appointment late in the afternoon while I was at work, but I couldn't answer. Shortly after, I got a text message confirming the appointment, to which I replied and even tried to call back, but no one picked up or replied to my message. When I arrived at the location, I was shocked to find it closed. I attempted to call both the location and the nail technician but received no answer. I was never notified that my appointment had been canceled. Eventually, I managed to reach another location, and they told me they had informed the manager, who said someone would call me. I never received that call, and it's astonishing that the manager didn't bother to find a solution or reach out to me. I would have even driven to a different location to get service. The lack of communication and urgency is very telling.

I love coming here I’ve been coming here for over 3 years.This salon has never failed me. Yanara is absolutely the best she is very patient and fast. She is super attentive to detail and always leaves your nails and feet looking amazing. She makes sure to always leave your nails perfect. My nails have been very fragile and will never grow and always break but with Yanara’s passion and care she’s been able to help with the treatment and growth of my nails. Aside from the quality of her work this salon is always very clean and very welcoming all the ladies are super helpful. Will most definitely recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a nail salon and you also can’t beat their amazing prices !!!

I had an amazing experience with Rachel! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. My nails turned out even better than I imagined—perfect shape, smooth finish, and beautiful. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the workspace really stood out. I’ve received so many compliments and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Worst nails salon ever! I don’t recommend this place at all! I went there twice to get my nails done and it was a disaster.

This is my second time going and the experience was not good. They charge $10 extra for French pedicure, which I’m ok with but at least have someone who can do it properly. The tech that did my pedicure did a great job at cutting my cuticles and cleaning my nails, but painting them was not good at all. Went in for a mani pedi and left after my pedicure. Got tired of waiting. Too bad because my first experience was good.
