Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Hillsboro (NE Cornell Rd & NE Brookwood Pkwy)

Stopped in for a hair cut today. I've never been here before and I noticed it was a hour before they closed. I was greeted rudely and informed that there was already someone scheduled for a haircut and that if they didn't show they might be able to help me otherwise I would need to come back tomorrow. I understand that there seemed to be only one stylist on but I just needed a quick buzz cut and poor way I was greeted with the utter lack of professionalism on the stylists part make it clear this is not the place for me.

Fantastic Barber shop. I’ve been to quite a few around Portland Metro area and decided to give lady Jane’s a try. It was about an hour before closing on a Saturday and Jasmine fit me in. She did a fantastic job on my fade and was honestly one of the most awesome down to earth barbers I have ever been to! I will be back! Fantastic experience and a great deal at $28! Thank you!

Great haircut. I set up an appointment, they were on time, I barely waited before getting started. My stylist was friendly and she understood what I wanted. I also got a shampoo so I could go back to work without any hair getting all over the place. Overall it was a good haircut and I will definitely go back.

The atmosphere was fun and casual, with the staff having a good time with each other and chatting with customers; they were very friendly to me the entire time. The decor was unique and fun and clever use was made of the narrow space. However that is really all I can say nice about it. The staff didn't make it clear ahead of time the service options, so I went straight for a more expensive experience thinking it was like Hair M. The stylist gave me a cut straight from Great Clips, and didn't have as much knowledge of each of the packages. The neck and scalp rub was not as good of quality as other full service hair salons. If I only paid the price for a basic cut and got the style I got, I wouldn't have minded as I would have got what I paid for. But for the price of the styling, it was just clippers and comb and scissor trim that didn't leave me feeling impressed. EDIT: Attached image of my hairline up front.

Walked in to get a haircut… starting filling out a new customer form on the computer screen while i waited to be greeted. As the person in charge walks up she aggressively asks me if I am "wanting to schedule an appointment."… like ummm no lady I’m just here for my health lol She had real bad energy and seemed prejudice. Seemed like prejudice hate if you ask me. Not very welcoming and they don’t seem as if they treat people equally. She rudely asked me a 2nd time if I am getting a haircut or not…so I quickly replied "I think not. I change my mind." Our kind wasn’t welcome there (whatever kind that is)…bizarre shop. $30 a haircut for a Great Clips style barbershop, no thank you. I would rather pay $17-23 at Great Clips. But I won’t do that either. Back to T Lounge in Tigard where it’s always superior!

Great folks in here! Kristen is my fave! Her beard trim, cut in, and line up is always spot on! She brought my beard back to life after a rough couple months. Not to mention she’s just a great human!
