Horrible gave the lady simple instructions not to cut into my side buns and even pointed with my finger were to stop the cut. She ended up cutting down towards it on one side and I have to move my head away for the other. They keep hiring people that can't follow instructions for a simple fade. This is not the first time this has happened. And I will no longer be tipping.

My husband gets his haircut pretty regularly and the experience has always been pretty good but recently got a haircut here by some new guy and he literally cut his hair in less than 5 minutes and it was very uneven. I really hope they train him.
