CUT AND COLOR LOUNGE

I took my mother here for a haircut and Emily was absolutely amazing! She made time for us as walk inns without hesitation. My mom was so happy with her experience and end result that it made her feel like a new person. My mom suffers from Alopecia Areata and Emily did a fantastic job!

Ever since I moved here, Emily has been my beautician and she’s always done a great job. She’s very passionate, loves her work and what she does. Great customer service and I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. I highly recommend to get your hair done by her.

Awful! Took my daughter to get cut and color (have been here 1 time before and had no issue) but today was absolutely terrible. When bleaching my daughter's hair she did the roots first which caused her roots to be way lighter than the ends. Also the ends were blotchy, some orange, brown, and some blonde. Then she stated it wouldn't matter about the blonde after she did the blue and purple color. But it was even worse. The "blue" is anything but that! There's barely any purple at all and she blamed it on box dye. Also she then told my daughter she would cut her hair for free and her bangs are uneven. Definitely won't be back! Very disappointed. Pic of what we asked for is also posted. If you're not able to do something then say that.

I got my hair done here! I asked for a cute 90’s look and for my split ends to be cut and it turned out sooo nice. I plan on coming back on the regular. I came back today to get it done and my hair’s never looked this good! The experience really is so nice. I highly recommend.

I had gotten a haircut here before and was impressed by the quality and value. Samatha who was new at the time, did my highlights and exceeded my expectations. She listens well to the customer and will do her best to meet or exceed their requirements. She provided exceptional hospitality and the overall vibe in the Cut and Color Lounge makes everyone feel like friends and family. This is a place definitely worth checking out, and afterwards, go shopping in the beautiful Galleria mall for a new outfit to match your new hair.

My hair is RUINED! I wanted a perm and she barely curled my hair. It is still straight in the back. She didn’t bother to dry my hair after the "perm" and she rushed me out of the salon and wouldn’t listen to my concerns. DON’T go to this salon😡

Emily was able to get me in in a matter of minutes. I came in for a haircut and wash. As she was cutting she had mentioned that they offer toning as I had an awful hair coloring experience the week prior by another salon. Emily was knowledgeable and so sweet. I walked out looking and feeling so much better! I will only be going to her from now on.
