Oh, how I dread every time I must go there for a haircut. After years and years of coming here because it is so close to home, I have finally decided to do a review after last week’s ordeal. As usual, I checked in on-line, with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes, which would be perfect since I had a few errands to do. Once it got down to 28 minutes, it stayed there for a good 20 – 25 minutes before changing to 23 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed when I received a text telling me to head to the store with a wait time of 15 minutes. I arrived at the store with 8 minutes to go and saw I was still number 3 in line. The nightmare began, and finally after another 40 minutes of waiting in the store I finally was able to get in the chair. They had a total of two people working at the time with a third person just getting off at around 1345 hours. What added to the problem was the person getting off was exchanging lipstick options with another employee in the back – yes you could see them in the mirror behind the partition. Sorry, this place is one of the worst places to get your haircut, especially when mine is a quick cut, with no special needs. Thank you for reminding me why I try my very best not to patronize this business.

Great experience with this branch. Just the hair cut I had like. The lady did a great job.

Awesome Service. I came here to get a basic haircut (1 on the sides, short trim on the top). The staff was super nice and the young lady who cut my hair was terrific. I was in and out within 20minutes. I love how my hair came out and will definitely be returning to this location.

I'm a very shy and reserved person so I was unable to express how devastated I was in person at the time of the cut. I asked for my split ends to be trimmed and to be given a bang. The stylist cut only the back and bottom of my hair, he didn't touch any of my layers or the peices surrounding my face, so I still have split ends everywhere. He BUTCHERED the bang. I asked him if it looked uneven and he replied "I didn't even touch that part." without looking at it or fixing it for me. I cried the whole way home. I fixed it up the best I could. I got a better result on my own with my kitchen shears and no training. I'm extremely upset I paid someone to mess me up. I'm even more bewildered he let me leave the salon like this.
