ShanLoren Hair Braiding

Got my hair done during the summer time for my vacation. Long box braids in emergency due to my appointment elsewhere getting cancelled last min. She took me right away without a thought. My natural hair is longgg and thick she was willing no problem. The braids were absolutely beautiful. Would’ve given 5 stars…My only complaint is her daughters were supposed to be helping her out but not really motivated to help her. They kept leaving to do other things making the service take longer. But the quality is amazing was worth it for me for sure.

I was a walk in customer was met with friendly conversation not only from Shan but her loyal clientele. hair was done in a timely manner but also expertly done. The photos speak for themselves. Also no pain. I’m very happy with the results and will be returning.

She did an excellent job retwisting my locs. I felt very welcomed at her studio.

Terrible at communication. She told me to be in at 4PM on Monday 10/20. I arrive (25 minutes away from my home driving) at 3:55. I call to find the exact location, she tells me she had left early for whatever reason. No call, no text to me prior, I just had to eat dat smh. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

best braids and customer service i’ve gotten so far, she took me in as a walk in, they were so friendly i felt like i was talking to family members, and prioritized my time and we’re extremely speedy, i would recommend them to anyone 10/10 thanks !

I was very impressed with the work by this hair salon. I called early this morning and within an hour they were able to give me a walk-in appointment. The owners daughter did an excellent job of doing box braids. I feel I got my money's worth. Thank you I will definitely schedule again.

Very nice, I felt comfortable during my service which is a plus to me and my hair came out so beautiful!
