Pat is the best! She knows actually how I want my hair cut without me even explaining. She never fails me! I gave up the hair salon I was going to for 7 years because I would be in there for hours and though I loved my stylist I felt she never cut my hair the way I really wanted. I was hesitant to go to Pat because again 7 years is a relationship but after she cut my hair the 1st time I was sold! She not only cut my hair the exact way I wanted, but she gets me in and out. I also brought my daughter to get a blow out and she said Pat made her feel so comfortable. Kept asking if she wanted something to drink, if she needed to use the bathroom. Passion gets a 10/10!!!

I'll be the first to admit I should go more often but I'm ALWAYS happy with the styles no leave with. I never know exactly what I want done but I trust Pat to make me beautiful and she does every time.

I wouldn’t go back. It’s a very good environment but they did absolutely terrible on my hair. There was no communication between the 4 people doing my hair. I originally went in for a root touch up. My hair was washed blow dried and then bleached. Which in turns made my scalp burn. Which they ask died all of the skin around my hair line. They also got hair dye all over my sweat pants. I also got way more heat on my natural hair than I wanted. My hair is now 3 different colors the color I originally had on the ends which was a orange brown, bleach blonde and some parts of it still managed to be black. After I complained about having my hair to bright I was told it looks fine and it would die down in a few days. They then proceeded to blow dry my hair for the second time after I had already said I didn’t want anymore heat on my hair. I wouldn’t recommend.

I made my older daughter bring my younger daughter to get a treatment on her 3 week permed hair, & was shocked to see how she came back home from this salon with an uneven/ very bad cut. I never even sent my daughter to get a cut, I sent her to get treated. Her hair did not need to be cut, at that, cut terribly, She didn’t need that. I was super disappointed.

I just moved to CT one week ago in search of a hairdresser I was directed to Ms Pat over at Passion Barber and Salon Ms Pat was very welcoming her spirit was warming she hooked my hair up I got so many compliments it was everything I requested and wanted. I’ll be back

The hair stylists are very friendly and does a great job every time. I've used 3 different stylists at this location.

I love Ms.Pat she leaves me looking beautiful all the time,she friendly and she fast.
