I would give TEN STARS if I could! If you have a kid with sensory needs who hates haircuts and will fight you to the death, then I'm telling you, make sure you bring them here! Kokcutz barbershop in Hartford was able to successfully cut my son's long hair, and not only was he able to do it, but he even gave him a very nice haircut (short on the sides and longer on top) and very neatly trimmed. Usually, I take what I can get when it comes to trimming/cutting my son's hair, but this time he got a super stylish trim. I'm very impressed! Thank you so much, Kokcutz (Mr. Leslie), for working with kids like mine. I know that wasn't easy, but you did it! Thank you, thank you. He will be your customer from here on out. I Highly Recommend!!!!! 🫶

Outstanding homely service ; great vibes and very polite people ; I trust Ko so much that I let him shave my head bald for the second time , might keep it this way haha nothing but laughs and conversations , you’ll never know what you might learn or see at this barbershop but still come and see what happens , I let this man cut my moms hair , so that can TELL you that he’s a great barber , always a great time and fun environment. Always returning back here. The $75 is worth it . Shit I’ll spend more if I had hair 🤣

Had a great experience for me and my son. Our appointment ran right on time and he was extremely professional and friendly. He mad my young son fee very comfortable. Checkout was fast and easy with their available cashless tap to pay system. We will be back soon!

I have been going here to get my haircut and lineups for years. The best barber I know, he consistently provides quality, stunning and head turning haircuts. I always get compliments on my haircut after seating in his chair. I now bring my 5y son here, he love it, and he always gets complimented on his haircut too.

My son has been getting his hair cut by Koko since he was just 3 years old, and now at 16, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Koko doesn’t just give a haircut — he pours into my son, encourages him, and helps keep him on the right track. Every visit, he sends my son out looking sharp, confident, and ready to face the world. It means so much as a parent to have someone who truly cares about not just the style, but the person sitting in the chair. Highly recommend!
