Hair Heaven

After searching for a salon on Google, I stumbled upon Hair Heaven. What I am staunchly pro-black and that’s what drew me in. I had an amazing experience! Stas the owner is an awesome individual who is very knowledgeable in everything hair. We talked about what I wanted vs what I needed (a trim, very badly lol) the protein treatment process, the silk press and the best way to get my hair back healthy. She was very quick, but also extremely gentle. The wash was my favorite part; it was just so dang relaxing. I love that she has a steamer - it was hard not to fall asleep. After suffering from PPD, I needed to invest in some self care and I am loving how great she made not only my hair look, but also gave me a huge confidence boost! I am already planning my next appointment! Thank you so much for the wonderful conversation and care you put into doing my hair! See you soon!

I recommend this salon but beware that its expensive here which is why I gave it 3 stars. I also give it 3 because I have had my hair straighter at other salons for cheaper and the stylist cut my hair too short. I will say that Stass (the owner), has done my hair and has taken care of me from the very second I walked into the door until the moment I had left. Not only is she so nice and friendly but she also listens to your needs and takes gentle care of your hair! She did not burn my scalp with the straightener or blow dryer, not once!! In fact, the tip she used for the blow dryer was very calming and relaxing for me. I also LOVEEE that you can have your hair steamed here and she is all about hair health!

Stass (owner) is so kind-hearted, gentle and humble. I came in today for a protein treatment + silk press because my hair was sooo dry and my hair looks and feels literally amazing!! I've left other salons with my hair feeling really dry as some salons neglect oiling etc after but Stass made sure my hair was moisturized and it feels so healthy and hydrated😍😍😍my hair has so much body!!! Definitely coming again girl. 10/10.🙌🏽🙌🏽

Awesome experience. I got a protein treatment and my daughter got a silk press and trim. She loved the end result. Natassia was friendly and had good energy. The salon was lovely and clean. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service. I highly recommend this hair salon. First, the appointment started on time which I greatly appreciate. Second, the service is impeccable. I’ve been natural for over ten years and normally wear my hair in a curly fluffy Afro, so I was a bit hesitant to try the silk press, but I’m happy I did. I love my hair, and the stylist gave me an excellent trim. If you’re looking for a good hairstylist in CT, I highly recommend Hair Heaven Salon. I’ll be going back when I am ready for another silk press or trim.
