had an excellent experience at Fantastic Sams! Santi did an amazing job. He exceeded my expectations and perfectly recreated the reference photo I brought in. He was kind, fun, and very patient throughout the entire appointment, making the experience enjoyable and comfortable. It’s clear he’s highly skilled at what he does. I’ll definitely be booking with him for all my future hair appointments!

Came here a few years ago and loved it. Came back last year and was laughed at when I asked if they had time to color my hair (they had 4 hours until close). Tried to walk in today and was told they are doing chemicals and it would be awhile and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I will not ever be coming back to this location!

Elia was very concerned, considerate and helpful with my 94 yr old mother. Took care of her and tended to her needs . Kept her very comfortable and made sure she was satisfied .

Brook did an awesome job on my Hair. I got a version of a "high and tight" and her attention to detail was great to see. Thank you for caring about making it look amazing!

I didn’t have a great experience when I went last week. I booked a haircut which included a wash and tousle dry. I arrived 20 minutes early and got seated 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. I had another appointment planned after the haircut and made sure there was a 30minute buffer between the appointments just in case. However what was supposed to be a 30 minute, grace of 40 minute, appointment was no where near what was expected. When booking the appointment I stated that I either wanted a shag or wolf cut and stated I already had a grown out layers. While I’m sure the hairdresser would have done a great job, by 10 minutes past the estimated completion time we had barely cut off 1 inch and I had to leave for the other appointment. I left with barely a trim, wet hair, and didn’t even get the cut I asked for in my appointment request (sent days prior). Not worth $27 plus additional money I need to spend to get the cut done somewhere else. Don’t recommend booking another activity right after the appointment. I had the honor of meeting the owner and she trimmed and styled my hair!! She was so amazing and sweet and so easy to talk to. Best experience I’ve had in a long time going to have my hair trimmed!! She took the ideas I showed her and went above and beyond. I love my hair cut. It’s so cute, frames my face, easy to style, perfect for my busy lifestyle. I’ve gotten so many compliments already!! I feel great!! I was overdo for some much self love and care!!

Ali is amazing! She always listens to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. She’s not only talented but also so kind and easy to talk to—it feels like catching up with a friend while getting pampered. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair
