Second time trying this salon. It seems like they are very popular. The advertised walk-in are welcome. This is a first class salon. My wife was very happy with the results. We will definitely return to T5 Plus Hair Salon.

I got a haircut from Darren and he was very friendly and did a great job! I love how he listened to exactly what I was asking for and gave me a beautiful haircut.

I’ve been coming to Steven at T5 for about 2 years, and he’s the best. He knows what he’s doing, and makes sure he knows what I want done before doing it and when it comes to pricing Steven has always been transparent. It takes clear communication between the client and the hairdresser. We always talk about what I want done, sometimes I show him photos of what I want. Then he will tell me if it would work with my face structure and ways he will adjust the style so that it will look good on me. I’ve been coming in for perms and medium length haircuts, but he has done color and long women’s cuts for my girlfriend, and it always comes out stunning. He always has great technique and attention to detail when perming, coloring, cutting, and styling. He also always makes sure I’m comfortable while I’m there. The assistants are amazing here, and give amazing shampoo/scalp massages 💆🏻‍♀️ I don’t think I’ll ever trust anyone with my hair more than I trust Steven and T5.

Steven T5 PLUS HAIR Pros: Skills so so. Not good at all on women’s haircut. Can’t cut a gold fish shape for layers when I tried first time. The hair tip was all even there’s no layers at all. $70.00 for his haircut. $298.00 total spent on hair color for first visit. Second time, to save his face, when he asked me to cut hair again, I told him no, work need to save hair for bun. Doing color ok, careful on scalp, not burning as much as others. Cons: Price flexible after gave customer a firm price for what asked for. After first time visit, he told the root touch up is $120.00 only, then ended up with something else (included a complimentary sample he asked me to try) $160.00 after it’s done. I asked him do you guys do root touch by the length? He said no, we don’t. Regardless, I offered him $20.00 dollar tips every single time even though his services nor skills are not as good as I expected. A third time, was trying to book an appt with him, asked "Root touch up only. Is the price $120.00 doable?" He first said SURE. Then he said oh, depends on the root length, it’s $140.00 or $160.00. If I think you need to do the whole hair then the whole hair is different price (never the same for whatever he told the customers.) of course the whole hair color is different but a customer is not asking for a whole hair, she asked for root touch up only. It indeed NOT about the price itself. Business emphasizes honesty and truthfulness. When you lost that, you’re not only losing a returning customer, you’re losing trustworthy. And that is a big issue with you for many people who cares.

I've been coming to this salon for more than a year and their services are very good, the place is clean and nice-looking. Steven has been cutting my hair for long time now and never fails to do great job. Always follow through and does good work at cutting my hair. Recommending this place to all, they have very nice employees and especially the ladies that washes your hair, they're amazing. ★★★★★

Steven has been our family’s hair stylist for a couple years now. He is an expert in what he does, and always provides quality services consistently. Highly recommend Steven if you’re looking for a hair stylist!!

A hairstylist who seemed professional actually lacked real skill. They kept pulling my hair during the color hair and haircut, which was really painful, the service was overpriced for the quality.
