Lianne was AMAZING as always! This was my first time going to High Maintenance& let me tell you that it's the cutest hair salon I have ever been too. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly! 10/10 would recommend this salon&& Lianne😊

I had a hair appointment here yesterday because I get my lashes done here by Brooke. Brooke always does an amazing job on my lashes so I decided to get my hair dyed here. I came in with my virgin hair and wanted an ash blonde balayage. When I saw the finished result i wasn't in love with the hair. I paid and just hoped once i left the salon and got a closer look that it would grow on me. I had my friend take pictures of the back of my head and the color wasn't blended in correctly and i noticed that the color wasn't ash it was more orange. I was panicking so I went to another salon close by and they helped me try to get the original style i wanted. I spent my whole day getting my hair done/ fixed and had to take a day off of work which is tough to do considering i am in the military and only have a certain amount of days i can take off in a year. I called back today to express that i did not like how my hair turned out and that i felt that i shouldn't have had to pay the whole amount that i did. I was told that i should've said something yesterday and that i should've gave the stylist another chance. If someone messes up my hair once I do not trust them to touch my hair again, I just wanted my hair fixed and not further damaged. It was sad that this was my first experience dying my hair and I was panicking and stressing out. I haven't dyed my hair my whole life because i was waiting for the moment i could finally go blonde. When I expressed my concerns to the manager of the salon she just said she wished she could do more but I can't even get some of my money back after having to pay for that and having to pay another stylist to fix it. My time was wasted and money taken for a service I didn't ask for. Very disappointed in this salon. The first picture is what I got at this salon and the second one is how it looks now.

I am in Gulfport snowbirding and wasn’t happy with my previous haircut from Illinois. I had an appointment with Tyler and showed him an old picture of myself explaining that’s how I wanted my haircut again and he felt confident he could fix it. I am 100% impressed with him. He totally nailed it! He’s also very friendly and the building and staff are great too. I highly recommend!

I went for the first time and saw Tyler who was FABULOUS. Not only was he warm, friendly, and engaging, but he actually listened to what I was looking to accomplish with my hair and gave excellent guidance. I've already scheduled a follow-up. Great salon with talented staff.

I just had my first haircut in a year since moving to Mississippi, and CC did an amazing job! She gave my hair such a thorough wash, and I absolutely love the cut. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep in her chair. Thank you so much, CC!

Sierra has done full highlights (on very natural dark hair) twice and I was very happy both times. Shes very patient, sweet, up to date on the latest techniques and constantly works to learn new concepts.
