Vivid Nails & Spa

Me and my bestie came, she got a good experience and her nails were bomb! I on the other hand was tossed around like a hot potato for about 30 mins before they even started, nails weren’t trimmed like they said they were going to do, and the work look as if a beginner did them. Overall not impressed for my first time. I even called and scheduled an appointment a week prior. Very upset my money was wasted, they didn’t even last two weeks.

My best friend and I have gone to Vivid for over a year and have never had a bad experience! Staff is so friendly and I cannot recommend Nelson and Michelle enough! (They’re the dream team!) I get so many complements on my nails and I’m always sure to refer people to Vivid! Pictures are some of the work I’ve had done by Michelle! ❤️

Today was my first time coming in here. They do a good job they took me as a walk in that’s a plus especially after work. I will be coming here more often.

*sigh* I just can’t stand when someone charges you extra tryna ensure they receive a tip. Realized this time, that a lady charged me more last time for the exact same services I received today. So she stole a tip on top of what I had already tipped. 😓 Update: getting home and actually looking and seeing how my eyebrows are uneven— she waxed too much between the brows— and it’s wider than usual. I can tell she waxed too much as I can see a beauty mole that’s usually under the natural ombré to my left eye.

Absolutely, my favorite nail salon. I have been to every nail salon north of ITN in Gulfport. This is the one I’m going to continue to go to.

Good service overall wonderful atmosphere. Massage chairs are probably some of the better ones on the coast. The polish seemed a bit thick and starting cracking after a week. I’m going to try another nail salon before coming back though.
