I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Brick House Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is both modern and relaxing, with a clean, stylish interior that immediately puts you at ease. My stylist, Jenni, was incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their craft. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better! The entire team was friendly and accommodating, making the experience feel personal and luxurious. Whether you’re going in for a simple trim or a full transformation, this salon is top-tier in service, skill, and ambiance. I just moved to town and I’m thrilled to have found my new go-to spot. I was lucky enough to come across Carly last week! I got my hair cut for the first time in almost 2 years and not only did she do a phenomenal job she was a blast to converse with and I’m so excited to experiment with some fun colors with her next! Thankful to be feeling like myself again!

I waited a few days before I wrote this because I wanted to give a fair and honest review. STEPHANIE GENTRY, not everyone will be 100% satisfied but it's how you handle yourself professionally shows who you are as a person. When I came back to get my hair redone you were fine in front of everyone, but the last 30 minutes we were alone you were very rude. When you were styling my hair you turned my chair away from the mirror so I couldn't see what you were doing. Then when you were finished you walked to the back without saying a word. I sat in the front for 10 minutes waiting for my ride and you never came back out. I went to another professional to recut my hair and she said it was damaged. Carly did such a good job on my hair 😀 I haven't gotten my haircut in a while, Carly made me feel comfortable/relaxed and im glad I fully trusted her with my hair. Her vibe was a 10/10 as well with the haircut✨️

It was my first time at this salon but about 3 years Shaela! She keeps my blonde locks perfect every time! My hair went from dull and lifeless to perfectly pleasant under her guidance. Her professionalism is always top notch and I look forward to see her smiling face every time. She gives all the good vibes!!!! She has done so many services for me including: highlights, lowlights, cut, full color, hair product education, maintenance, waxing, nails, tooth gems, and tinsel. Got an Awesome Cut and Hair color!! First time going into a Professional Salon! I first went to my friend's appointment just to check out the place. They have little snacks and they offer little coffee bar! I went In for my appointment and had such a wonderful time! Gennae, was my hairstylist! She was such a blessing I absolutely adore her. she made me feel so comfortable and I loved chatting with her as she did my hair. She made me feel confident in my new hair color and Im so thankful for her Lots of Love here! I will be coming back!
