Making Waves Hair Salon

I have long, wavy hair that looks best with layers. It can be tricky to find a stylist that can do long layers without it looking "choppy". Maryalice at MAKING Waves salon is excellent. She listened to what I wanted and viewed a few photos I had on my phone. When she finished and I looked at it in the mirror, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Today was my first time coming to this salon and I absolutely can not wait to come back for my next appointment! Kristie did an amazing job on my highlight and haircut today. She is very sweet and kind! 🙂

I’ve been seeing MaryAlice for about 10 years now, there is no way I would go anywhere else. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair color. The salon is warm and inviting and the other stylists are super friendly. My daughter has been seeing her since her hair was long enough to trim and absolutely adores her. Kristie has highlighted my hair twice and I have been so completely happy with the result. The color is very subtle, which is what I wanted, and lasts forever! When it grows out it is also very subtle at the roots, so it is not obvious that I need a touch up. Kristie is a sweet, funny, kind, endearing lady and that makes a salon experience with her very pleasant indeed.

Ive been going to Making Waves for many years, MaryAlice specifically and if that doesn't say something I'm not sure what does. She cuts beautifully and hair coloring is the best. I have naturally very dark hair and she has turned it into the most beautiful blonde (because you know what they say, blondes have more fun!) & I get so many compliments on it. It feels amazing and I always know I will walk out looking great every time. The salon is professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Making Waves to anybody wanting a great head of hair! They also have other services as well.

Mary Alice is the best!! I have been a client here for quite some time and have never been disappointed. Many times I have needed a quick trim before a trip or event and someone always manages to squeeze me in and doesn't drop the ball on quality. Top notch, would (and have) recommend Making Waves and Mary Alice to any and everyone! 💇

Had a haircut with Alec. He’s amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and we talked like we had known each other for years! The haircut looks GREAT but it is about an inch and a half shorter than I expressed I wanted. Still would totally recommend!
