I do not recommend this salon at all. I came in hoping to improve my hair, and I left completely disappointed. The result was nothing like what I asked for—my hair was left damaged, dry, and visibly unhealthy. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism and accountability. They did not offer a real solution or take responsibility for the damage caused. I’ve been coming here for years, but this last visit honestly made me not want to come back. I called ahead just to get my eyebrows done like usual. The lady asked what time I could come in and I told her I’d be there in about 10 minutes. She said that was fine, so I went. When I got there, there was only one customer waiting, so I figured it wouldn’t take long. But I ended up sitting there for almost half an hour with no communication at all. Nobody told me it would be a wait not on the phone and not when I walked in. They just said hi and went back to what they were doing. After a while one of the ladies finally finished cutting a guy’s hair. I thought okay, finally it’s my turn. She starts ringing him up, and cleaning her spot, then just walking around talking to someone. I’m sitting there thinking, "Alright, maybe she’s about to call me soon." But no I kept waiting and waiting. Then another guy walks in and she takes him right away for a haircut. Like seriously? She could’ve done my eyebrows during all that time. It literally takes 5–7 minutes, not even close to as long as a haircut. I get maybe he had an appointment, but still the lack of communication was crazy. Nobody said a single word to me, no update, no apology for the wait, nothing. I finally got tired of sitting there, so I called Tina’s Hair Studio to see if they were busy. They were super polite, told me to come in right away and when I got there, the vibe was instantly better. The lady who answered the phone recognized me, greeted me with a smile, and got me in immediately. They did an amazing job, and the whole atmosphere there was friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I highly recommend going to Tina’s Hair Studio instead. They charge two dollars more, but completely worth it for how well they treat you and how professional they are. It’s really disappointing because I’ve been loyal to this salon for years, but after how I was treated the lack of communication and being ignored after waiting so long this will definitely be my last time coming here.

I have been going there for years.. The owner and staff are really nice and professional.. And know how to cut my hair just right. I could recommend it. To anyone looking for a Great haircut.

I go for brow waxing to clean up my brows. Great service and it’s usually pretty quick so I can go during a lunch visit. It’s best to setup an appointment to make sure you get the stylist you want to complete the service.

For some reason maps has the address wrong- it's 3880 Division. But the service is excellent. Went to get my first set of eyelash extensions and Itzel was awesome. I almost fell asleep on the table. Very professional and personable. And decently priced.

Highly recommend. Very nice stylist who was very careful to ask my college son questions to get exactly what he wanted. And the price is great, too. Would definitely recommend.

Underrated Salon. They service both men and women-- both appointments and walk-ins. I got a low fade and blade line up for only $20.0! I left a $5.0 tip as I always do. However, basic men's haircuts start at $12.0. I've been going to Yuli for over 4 years now, and that's saying a lot, as I am very picky when it comes to haircuts. The business has been growing, as any good business should that provides quality at a fair price.
